Estelle grinned back at Dashti and tightened her ponytail, a little nervous now that it was her turn to be the guinea pig.

Dashti nodded. She turned and did the same thing to the girl she was with, making her giggle as uncontrollably as Ella.

Laurens tightened his lips. "Very good," he said reluctantly. "Good wand movement." He waved a hand distractedly. "Practice amongst yourselves." He signalled for Estelle and Dashti to approach, along with their partners.

Estelle wasn't sure how to indicate approval at Dashti's success so she simply turned and gave the girl a thumbs up, hoping it would be sufficient.

Dashti nodded back at Estelle and went to the professor.

"Ella, was it??"

Ella nodded.

"Take out your wand and do the same to Ms. Wood, if you please."

"Sir, I haven't lea-
~
"Problem?"

Ella nervously shook her head. She pointed her wand at Estelle, attempting to steady her hand. She said the incantation.

"Now," Laurens continued to the next person only to find Izzy still sitting at her desk reading a book. "Excuse me, but what are you doing?"
Izzy looked up from her book, her black hair covering half of her face.
"Who is your partner?" Laurens said loudly. The rest of the class stopped what they were doing to look at him and Izzy.
"I-I don't have one," Izzly mumbled.
"Pardon?" Laurens asked leaning in.
"I don't h-have one," Izzy said louder.
"Then pair up with a group! Go with Ella and Estelle! 10 points from Ravenclaw!" Laurens said leaving Izzy with the two older girls.

(Sorry I haven't replied in a while. I have had sooooooooooo much homework!)

Estelle looked curiously at the new girl joining them. She couldn't help feeling bad for the poor thing who was red as a tomato from embarrassment.

"Ms. Clarance, please attempt to disarm Ella."
"Sir, we haven't learned that either," Ella piped up. Laurens looked at her.
"And why should that make a difference? Clearly, Ms. Clarance is above these classes."

Seeing that Izzy looked really stressed, Estelle sidled over and quickly explained the spell to her. Her grandmother would have been proud.

Oh, I'm so sorry. I used to do rp's with my friend and we did it differently.

"Um, thanks," Izzy simply said and continued to say quiet for the rest of the lesson.

Dashti gave the Izzy a sympathetic look. Then she turned back to her partner and continued teaching her the spell.

Ella turned back to Estelle. "Alright, let's disarm." She waved her wand and muttered the spell. Estelle's wand flew out of her hand and skidded across the floor to Ella. She grinned proudly.

"Good job!" Estelle said to Ella, before picking up her own wand and muttering "Expelliarmus!"

This time Ella's wand burst out of her grip. She gaped at it, then laughed. Probably a residue of the charm.

All this time, Izzy barely watching the two girls.
