"What if we had both tree-top camps and ground camps. At least one of each. If there's a waterfall, we could build a camp in the caves behind it, etc. That way, they will never know where we're moving to." Eve suggested, trying to redeem herself after her silly mistakes.
Hunger Games (ish) RP
Morgan nodded again, her head hurting from doing it so much. "That would be good once we have enough materials, but I think we should start out with a travel camp."
group
"That's probably the way to go, Eve," Loki responded, "It really does depend on terrain and how wide open we are, how trapped we could become… There truly are a lot of variables, and they change for every situation."
"Great. We have ourselves a plan." Morgan grinned, just as the boat stopped. She looked to the right and saw the long dock. "Well…here we go."
"I'll take the night shift if you want" Sarah mentioned
group
"I agree with both of you. The type of camp depends on our surroundings, and mixing it up while working with the terrain will make us harder to find. But yes, I was thinking that we should travel for sure," Loki responded.
(Question, how do they get weapons? Is it Hunger Games-like where they can choose to grab supplies and risk their life, or is it more like Battle Royale, where everyone gets a backpack with random (sometimes useless) supplies?)
Morgan nodded. "Glad to have some volunteers for that." She followed the crowd off the dock. On a plank ahead of her was her name. She followed what some of the others were doing and stood where her name was.
(Wait was I assigned a job? I lied I don’t think my character assigned should be a beta.)
(it's more like Battle Royale)

Loki found his spot and separated from his group. He suddenly felt really nervous and scared.
(I dunno you can mention it right now in the rp)
(I mean on the team. I think I was on your guys’s Team.)
(If not I’m fine with that.)
(yeah you're on the team but in the rp you can ask someone what your job is because honestly idk I'm trying to think of one)
(K)
Eve found her name and left the group to stand in her spot, suddenly feeling very alone and out-in-the-open while they waited for everyone to find their spots
As soon as everyone was standing in the right places, backpacks filled with supplies fell from the sky. Morgan got hers and slung it over her shoulder, knowing that it was going to happen.
Sarah went to her assigned spot as anxiety came rushing back again
(I'll have to leave for a while i have hw to doXD)

Loki grabbed a backpack, and watched Morgan's moves to figure out whether to go or stick around a little longer.
Beta walked off the boat with the crowd. She went to her spot where there was a board that said Beta Morwood. She looked around for her team members and hoped she wouldn’t die before they reunited.
(I have to go soon so I'm just gonna go ahead and start the trial and then go)
Morgan got in a running stance, preparing for what she knew was coming. A few seconds after they got their backpacks, a loud whistle blew. She sprinted out to the beach, nearly falling into the water after a boy pushed her. She shoved him back and he tripped, falling into the ocean. Morgan felt bad, but not as bad as she probably should have. A few seconds after his body hit the water, a loud cannon sound filled her ears. "SPENCER THOMAS, 15!" A voice boomed.
Beta grabbed her backpack then turned to Morgan and mouthed ‘When?’

Loki, lost in the confusion, froze at first. He forfeited his chance to start off sprinting, but as soon as he could, he took off, his backpack slung over one shoulder. He tried to slip away, heading for dense forest, but just as he thought he was home free, he got hit in the back of the head with someone's backpack. They apparently hadn't opened it yet, so just decided to use the bag itself as a weapon. Loki was thrown to the ground by the sheer force, and had the wind knocked out of him. His opponent was bigger and clearly stronger, but Loki figured he was faster, so he ran away.
Beta ran towards her teammates she pulled out a dagger from her backpack and stabbed a girl with it, the girl stumbled back and fell. Although Beta felt bad she also knew that that could have been her.
Eve slung her backpack over her shoulder and ran towards the trees to meet up with the rest of the group when she heard the cannon. She stopped running and listened to the voice announce the person's name and age. She felt numb, "someone has already died" she thought to herself. She felt sick, this wasn't how they should be spending the last moments of their lives. They were just kids after all. Seeing someone running towards her brandishing what looked like a knife, she ran into the tree, looking for someone she knew.

Loki hid away. He realized he had left his teammates, and felt guilty, yet he knew he couldn't have survived the initial fighting had he stayed. Before going anywhere else, Loki looked through the contents of his backpack. He found a needle and thread, a glass bottle, a set of five keys on a chain, a water bottle with iodine, three slices of bread, a blanket, and a handgun with no ammunition (if we're allowed to have those. Then again, no ammunition, so maybe). He muttered curses under his breath, but figured that these supplies would at least help him survive, as long as he didn't have to fight.
Eve managed to lose her oncoming attacker and climbed up into one of the trees, using the branches for support as she sat down and the leaves as cover. Opening her backpack, she found the knife that had been taken from her upon her entry into the boat, some rope, four apples, and a bottle of what she assumed was water all inside a bucket in her backpack. Eve was surprised at her luck to have such a good haul in her bag, but she figured the others would have the rest of the supplies they'd need to get off the island. She looked around, using her hiding spot as a look-out post for the rest of the group when she saw Loki running into the trees and almost right past her into his own hiding spot somewhere near the bottom of her tree.

Loki heard Eve move, not realizing it was her, and whipped out his gun. He hoped he could at least intimidate whoever it was if needed.
Eve saw Loki stand up and pull a gun on her, causing her to squeak in fright. She covered her mouth, muffling the squeak, but knew Loki couldn't see her. Not wanting to get shot, she poked her head out of her hiding spot and motioned for Loki to join her in the tree. There was plenty of room, so they wouldn't be squashed awkwardly together, but would have plenty of room to stretch their legs out in front of them if need be.

Loki had been holding his breath, and seeing Eve allowed him to breathe a sigh of relief. He zipped up his bag and joined her in the tree.
