“Too ramshackle…? What does that mean?” Apollo looked at Sam curiously.
I Am Very Bored and Mentally Broken. Let’s RP! (Open O/O)
"I mean you look groomed, and taken care of." Samaeal explained further.
“What does that have to do with ramshakles?” Apollo blinked confusedly.
"You don't look rundown or at all squalid." Samaeal said.
Apollo shook his head a little. “O-okay. Makes sense.” It really didn’t. Apollo was the dumbest person he himself knew.
"Well, if you need a hand, just call me…" Samaeal offered.
Apollo nodded. He wouldn’t call Sam, though. He’d probably take too much money.
Sam took a left into the nearest neighborhood, and after a brief bit they were at a palatial two-story, with a small stone-garden. Samaeal got out, waiting for Apollo.
Apollo rose out of the car and shut the door. He looked up at the home. It looked better than his house already.
Samaeal walked up to the porch, taking out his keys and opening the door, which he held open for Apollo…
Apollo tailed him and ducked under his arm into his house. He looked around immediately for the cats.
"They're in here." Samaeal absentmindedly grabbed Apollo by the hand.. He led him to a large cage, meant for a big dog… With three little water bowls, three little food bowls, a big litterbox, a hsnging toy, and asmall scratching post. The kittens were actually visible. Cain the shorthair stood atop the post, mewling triumphantly, Abel lay, nestled into the blanket, and Seth was meandering. They mewled in unison.
Apollo gasped happily, wrapping his hand around Sam’s. The cats were so cuuuute!
“Oh my goodness! They even mewl togetherrrrrr!”
They began to flock around the cage in their kitteny waltz, tails held high in cat pride.Samaeal opened the cage with a flick of his wrist…
Apollo wiggled forward but didn’t let go of Sam’s hand. “They’re so smoooollll!”
"They are indeed. The shorthair is Cain, the Siamese is Abel, and the Calico is Seth!" Samaeal explained.
Apollo shrieked. “Those are wonderful names!” He bent down carefully to pat Seth. He loved Calicos.
Samaeal let one hand go to pet Cain, then Abel. "They are all so sweet." He said, tickling their chins…
Apollo giggled as the cats walked around, mewling. “They’re so sweeet! Too sweeet!”
"Speaking of sweet…" Samaeal said, feeling as if he was taking advantage of the cats' cutteness. "Would you, Apollo, like to join me on a date of the romantic variety?" He asked taking both of Apollo's hands. He didn't know what this guy was into, so he just went for it.
Apollo looked up, rasing his eyebrows. “O-okay. Really? You’d take me?” He smiled. “Of-of course I will!”
Samaeal had to make sure of something.
"It's not because of… The kitens, is it?" He asked, squeezing the other's hands.
Apollo looked down at the kittens. They were cute, but Apollo was curious in this guy. He was good-looking enough and interesting.
“No. No, it’s not because of the kittens.”
"That's good." Samaeal said, reluctantly letting go of Apollo's hands to close the cage. He took hold of them again. "Now, where to?" He asked.
Apollo grasped Sam’s hands eagerly the moment he finished his action. “Er… I dunno, wherever.”
"Then how about… What are you in the mood for? Erm… Classy? Or cultural? Maybe something rugged?"
“Classy is kinda expensive. Cultral? How about Mexican?”
(I was thinking Mexican too!)
"Yes… I know a great place with some insane spicy pesolé." Pet said, starting to stand.
(Mmmmm I love Mexicannnnn)
Apollo grinned. “I think I know what you’re talking about. Mmm… Let’s go now!”
Sam stood up, escorting the other guy to his car fervently. He held open the door.
"Here you are." He said almost singsong.
