I'm Only Human
Romano is a screaming crying mess, terrified.
"S-STOP!!!!! PLEASE!!!" he cries, the heat making him incredibly faint.
Elon screeches. It doesn’t go to deep as it has to get through the leather but it still hurts. He jumps back and pulls it out before it can grow any further. He throws it at Tamriel and makes the ground hotter, not by much as he can’t focus when he’s hurt.
Olivia shifted into a bat and flew to Tamriel, picking him up. (a storng bat)
tamriel struggled to speak "get him… he's hurt… i need blood… don't worry about me… get them to safety"
Olivia dropped him on a bench and dived at Elon, shifting in mid-air, and clawing his face
Genevieve backs away to the door.
Elon flails his arms and eventually gets a hold of Olivia.
“What the fuck.” He says, wiping a cut on his cheek and holding her an arms length away. He frowns and attempts to heal himself but realises he needs both hands. He throws Olivia down and starts healing his leg and face.
His hands glow softly.
Olivia flinches but gets up and uses her powers to push Elon into a tree very hard
Elon goes through the tree and onto the floor. He thrashes and tries to free his hands to heal himself, just to get his temperature powers back.
Tamriel stumbles outside holding a long sharp crystal and his pocket knife "i'm gonna kill you if it's the last thing i do."
Elon gets up, finishing his leg healing and quickly finishing the cuts on his face.
“What is your problem. You’re so terrible at being chill. We’ve made a mess! You’ve stabbed me and at this point people are gonna notice that a tree on the outskirts of town smashed a bunch of shit and there are your crystals everywhere.” Elon says “all I want is money to get away from this hopeless place.” He snaps, raising his hands. He picks up a chain with a whistle on the end of it that was connected to his belt.
Genevieve walks to stand next to Tamriel, holding her dagger.
Tamriel chuckles "because you are an a##hole, you try to take people for money…" tamriel throws the crystal at Elon's whistle, he forces the crystal to bend mid air to encase the whistle. he then falls to the ground, passed out.
(now he's out for the count… Dracula… vampire joke)
“There are reasons for that you know. I’m not heartless!” He snaps, dropping the whistle and sighing. He raises his fingers to his mouth.
Olivia shifts into a bat and squeals a high pitch noise that force his hand from his mouth
"STOP!!!" Romano cries. "Please!!! just stop!!!! everyone just stop fighting!! Elon, if you sell me im probably enough for something?? And then you can leave Viv alone, she hasn't done anything wrong so just sell me and get this over with!!!!!!! just please, this is too much…" he whimpers, curling up in fear.
(just realized… cops are a thing…)
“Alright everyone do as he says CALM THE HECK DOWN!!” Aeron bellowed his eyes like steel and voice like thunder.
Elon pauses and looks at Romano. “You’re not enough though. And I don’t get why these people have so many issues with my doing what vampires literally are supposed to do!” He says. He raises his hand again and whistles his dogs over. They surround him like protection.
Tamriel was awakened by the shear sound and simply sat on his knees, his energy was sapped beyond all belief
Elon is also tired but more so on edge. He is stressed.
"Everyone has different morals, it doesn't even matter how vampire someone is…" romano whimpers.
"Look, if you return me to the pureblood's that i belonged to before i know that they will give you more money than you've ever seen.. you just have to ask… they'll even let you stay at one of their places… just leave everyone else alone please" he begs, on his knees.
Tamriel panted "why… why do… you want to go back to them?"
Lorena glanced around the diner, trying to figure out an escape route. Her eyes landed on the door to the kitchen. There was always a back door through restaurant kitchens. She edged toward Genevieve.
Elon shifts.
“Look there is no point now. We’ve destroyed a diner, destroyed a bus stop, with a tree, and at this point I’m defending myself for trying to get money to survive.” He snaps. “What does it fucking matter. I don’t know why you-“ he points at Tamriel, “-are going so crazy to protect this fucking human when you’re a va,pure yourself. You’re gonna end up feeding and being a va,pure anyway, just let me get money.” He looks at Romano. “Please, I’m not going to sell you to a fucking pure blood. I’ll probably sell you to some farm out in the nowhere…” he grumbles.
Tamriel growled "sorry if you're like an a##hole to survive, i'm trying to protect him as i was a blood bag like him. i'm not a vampire either… i'm mostly human… take your money and choke on it mother**er. there are easIer ways to survive you know, yet again you're a coward. you work for the purebloods and hide behind your dogs…" tamriel stood and began to walk away "go off yourself."
Romano is just in a puddle of tears.
"i don't wanna be a part of this fight anymore" he sobs.
Tamriel stopped and glanced at Romano "don't cry kid… crying didn't anyone anywhere…" he continued walking.
