She gave that pretty soft smile she rarely ever gave, not a hairline of a wrinkle on her face to show she ever smiled before. She slowly rose, going to the window and she let her eyes shift to blue, her face paling as she looked back upon the prophecy she had seen, strong power beginning to radiate off of her.
"I have seen this darkness lift, I have seen the world we've adapted to return to the flame of the suns we are hidden from. I have seen this destruction of our kind and of the creatures we've come to share it with. In a weeks time, a man of solitude and of hatred will raise the fog we've grown in comfort of and will kill all those who have learned to dwell within it. There is a war coming, and I cannot allow it to happen. Officials I have told do not believe me, and it is now left in your hands. Be warned, my children, this is a dangerous path you will tread upon. In the darkness we call home, there is a temple that will rise from the ground at the blue flash. The King holds a document in his quarters, one that will guide you to the temple. Descend into it and halt the ritual, save those you've grown familiar with–or all will be lost."
When her eyes shifted to green, she looked about to collapse. The power that had radiated off of her now gone and she looked exhausted.
