(Yay. I'm here if we do)
It’s Quiet on this Side of Hell (Closed)
(Alright. It's probably going to start with all of them waking up beside the lake)
(Okie dokie!)
(Okie.)
My head hurt pretty bad and the air here was sticky. Wait, where are we anyways, and what was this searing heat making my breath look like water? I stood up taking in my surroundings. We were by the same damn lake, but the atmosphere here was way out of preportion. "Guys?"
(@10yson, just add your character when you can)
Callista woke up with a pounding head. Her arm felt like it had been numbed by pain, and her shoes felt uncomfortably wet. Last she could remember she had been with her friends, and they had been walking towards the lake. Then suddenly they couldn't breathe. She opened her eyes and breathed in shakily, before looking around for the others.
Lili saw something moving in the corner of her eyes and reached for her fishnets' pocket to grab the knife she had put in there. She saw the girls head move again and sighed. "Calli" Lili studdered, jogging over to her.
Jay touched the heel of his ha d to his forehead. He looked around. “Where am I?”
Callista jumped and breathed out a sigh of relief when she saw who it was. "Lilian! Are you alright? What happened?" She glanced at her arm and nearly shrieked. Three bold words were tattooed onto her arm. This is Hell. "Does the town even have a tattoo parlor?!"
Lili felt the cuts in her arm begin to bleed, "Jay". She pushed her hair out of her face and blood lathered it. The soil here wasn't soil, but more likes crushed up bones. Lili didnt pay much attention to it as she saw the lake. It was the colour of what seemed to be blood.
Jay saw the other people, "Hey!" he said walking over to them, "Where the hell are we?"

"Ironic you'd say that" she said, motioning to her arm.

(… The town is supposed to look exactly the same as it does in the real world)
He looked down at his own arm and saw the tattoo, "For real? This has to be some kind of prank!"

(We just started, don't worry)
Becky woke up suddenly. "Where am I?" she gasped out.
Cally tried not to look worried. "Hell, apparently. Are these real? They feel real. And, it doesn't make sense, if this is hell, why does it look like our home? Where's all the torture and fire? Why is it so quiet?"
"Because our town is hell," Jay responded with dry sarcasm.
He looked down at his own arm and saw the tattoo, "For real? This has to be some kind of prank!"
She rubbed the tattoo, "Doesnt seems to be crayola Jay" She got up and went over to the lake. Scooping up some of the water in the hands. "seems normal" she mumbled to herself. She suddenly felt heavy and began to fall to the lake.

(Again, the lake and town look exactly the same as theirs does. There isn't any substance, the lake has water in it.)
"Can we just hop on back?", K broke into a nervous laugh. Then instead of trying he backed away from the water.
Jay grabbed her arm and pulled her back, so she wouldn't fall in. "Careful hot shot."

"I don't know, this doesn't make sense. Why would someone tattoo us? We can't actually be in hell." Cally said, trying not to freak out.
(The aplication error sucks ass)
She jolted from Jay's touch and just let him grab her wrist. He pulled her up and she she held onto his hand, a blank expression in her face, "Hot… Shot?"
Hearing the others talk of tattoos, she lifted her jacket to find the three words imprinted into her arm. "W-What?! This… This isn't funny…"
“Never said it was funny,” Jay said ignoring Lillian’s questioning.
“I mean… it is a little, cause it is only a prank. One…elaborate…prank.” Krishna tried to reason this out but there was no way to find something remotely logical. “People have touched the lake before, right? Like there has to be a time where someone has done this before or the rule wouldn’t be made for no reason.”
"Was there something inside the lake? It felt like we had been dragged under." Cally said, ignoring the constant stream of "Mom's gonna kill me"'s that ran through her head.
