Killer soulmates RP (CLOSED 8/8)

"yup," she said quickly and took a drink of her coffee.

He then patted his shoulder “it will be alright, we can try and make things work out. We shouldn’t give up that easy.” He tried to say with an energetic tone but came out very melancholy.

James blinked, "One, I don't think I've ever heard you try and sound enthusiastic and two, you're right. We can try."

Kris looked at the sky and then sighs.

James lent back on the seat and pulled a knee to his chest, just looking at the other.

Kris leans back and is a little too enthusiastic about leaning back and flips backwards over the bench. Faceplanting once again.

"Oh my god are you okay?" James asked, trying to stifle a giggle as he looked over at Kris.

Kris just lays on his back and throws a thumbs up. “We’re good.”

"Are you sure? That was some fall." James rested his head on the back of the bench and smiled down at him.

Kris waved his hand around. “Nah it’s fine; not the worst fall today.” He was actually enjoying the grass’s comfort but he didn’t let on to that detail.

James giggled a little, "Hm… yeah." He rested his head in his hand so he could see Kris better.

Kris began spacing off as he looked to the sky.
Wonder if they’re any aliens that are going to zap you
well you just destroyed a peaceful moment.

"Whatcha thinking about?" James asked quietly, fiddling with the wood on the bench.

“Space and time and our place in this universe.” He puts bluntly.
Aaaaaaand you killed the mood.
Like you could do better.

Audrey giggles. “Yeah it kind of is,” she agreed with wonder. “It’s so beautiful out here.” She took another sweeping look at the scenery. “Of course, you’re beautiful too. Which is really distracting, by the way.”

Juniper felt her own cheeks heat up at that statement as she tilted her head. Covering it up she giggled, staring Audrey in the eyes. "Hey now, don't go stealing my thoughts, ya hear?"

"Ah… that just reminds me of Doctor Who with the whole space time thing." James sighed.

Kris looked at James really confused like. “Doctor who?”

"Oh, it's a TV show about this alien called The Doctor who travels all of time and space with his friends/companions saving people in his ship called a TARDIS. It's called 'Doctor who' because no one knows the Doctor's real name." James briefly explained.

Kris looks so so lost. “Oooooookay then. That’s certainly interesting sounding.”

"You look so confused, I'll show you sometime." James promised, giving Kris a smile.

Kris returned a smile. “Oki doki. Also dude; this grass is comfy as fuuuuuuuuck.”

James laughed, "Is it now? Would you like me to join you down there kind sir?"

Kris waved him down “if you would please.”

"As you wish." James smiled and climbed over the top of the bench, lying down on his stomach and resting his head to the side as he looked at Kris.

Kris threw a peace sign up. “Ey yo wassap! Wassap wassap wassssaaaaaaap!” He said really quickly.

James laughed, "Literally speaking the sky but figuratively nothing is up."

Kris laughed. “Nice.”

James nudged the other playfully, "You're such a dork."

“Yea so are you dude.” As he proceeded to slap James’s shoulder playfully.
