Cassie popped one earbud out as she listened to the order. Espresso. She slipped it back in, blowing stray strands of white blond hair out her face as she continued to listen to The Killers. New people bustled into the coffee shop every minute, some she recognized from the nearby college. She limped on her prosthetic towards the cups, occasionally glancing up at the clock. Only 25 more minutes. You can probably survive this. Cassie needed the money anyways, to pay for her medical bills and classes.

Asura stumbled lazily into the coffee shop, yawning. There were dark circles under his eyes, and his hair was a mess, but he was in a well put together suit, which made him look slightly less exhausted. "I need coffee so I don't die," he told the barista.

Lilith stepped into the coffee shop, looking around. She got in line to order, debating between just a normal coffee or a Frappuccino. Soon enough, it was her turn to order.

Asura stumbled lazily into the coffee shop, yawning. There were dark circles under his eyes, and his hair was a mess, but he was in a well put together suit, which made him look slightly less exhausted. "I need coffee so I don't die," he told the barista.

Cassie slipped one earbud out and walked over to the cashier, trying to hide the limp from her prosthetic. She looked towards a disheveled man, a small smile tilting the corners of her lips up. "Don't we all. What would you like today?"

He scratched the slight stubble on his jaw as he thought for a moment. "Hot white chocolate mocha, please," he said.

"It'll be right up, sir." Cassie grinned, turning on her heel and walking towards the cups to get it ready. After a few minutes, she passed the steaming drink to the man.

"Thank you," he said, smiling. He reached for his wallet. "How much is it?"
