He chuckled. ”Right. I’ll get that started.” he told her, standing back up to head down to the kitchen.
She put on a gray shirt with a white collar and a pair of jeans with a white sweater and grey shoes she quickly pulled her hair up into a ponytail and walk down stairs
As it turns out the sink wasn't broken at all, but there was a little water on the floor that had overflowed. Lysander quickly cleaned it up by using his fire to evaporate but didn't burn anything. He was calmly heating the water for the coffee by hand when Betty walked in.
Betty smiled gently "Henry you're getting a niece or nephew" she sang
Henry looked at Betty and smiled in amazement, approaching her for a congratulatory hug.
She held her arms out for him
Henry smiled wider and wrapped his arms around her. ”Congrats.” he whispered, his voice still soft but not as rough as earlier.
She smiled gently
Henry pulled out of the hug as Lysander brought over the coffee. ”How long?” Henry asked.
"today" she said
Henry raised a brow at the single word answer.
”Here’s your coffee, sweetheart.” Lysander smiled, ignoring Henry's look.
" thank you" she siad with a smile
Lysander kissed her cheek. "You're welcome."
"That reminds me…" Henry cleared his throat a little. "When did Ly get fire powers?"
"day after our wedding" Betty said
"Wow." Henry raised his brow in surprise.
"Yeah. It really caught me off guard at first but I've got it under control now." Lysander smiled, holding up a hand and letting a small flame dance on his fingertips. "I can even make myself feel normal warmth."
" yeah" she said snuggling into him " please?" She said
Lysander chuckled and warmed up for her. "I think she loves when I do this." he said, wrapping his arms around her.
Henry reached his hand over and touched Lysander's skin, raising his brow at the warmth. "I don't blame her." he said a little jealous as he pulled his hand back.
" your so warm" she cooed
Lysander chuckled again. "It's a little ironic. It used to be you were the warm one." he smiled at her.
Shr pouted pulling away " thanks for reminding me" she mumbled
”Hey. It's ok.” he said, not having meant to be offensive. ”Honestly, you're still warmer than most vampires.”
Henry nodded and raised his hand as an example of how cold vampires were.

Lysander sighed a little and kissed her cheek.
She smiled gently
He smiled at seeing her happier and gently wrapped his arms around her, pulling her back to his warmth.
She barried her head In his side feeling his warmth
He leaned down and kissed the top of her head.
She giggled
Lysander chuckled and picked her up.
Henry rolled his eyes with a smile and carried Asher to Tyler so they could share the news about Betty.
