" I need to go" she said
He smiled and set her down. ”Alright.”
' do you want anything?"
He shrugged. ”I don't really need much.” he reminded her. ”But if you’d like, I can go with you.” he offered.
" really" she asked excitedly
”Yeah.” he smiled, nodding. ”I’ll just need to change real quick. I probably smell a little like smoke.” he chuckled.
She nodded
”Alright.” he smiled. ”I’ll be right back then.”
She nodded gently
He smiled and kissed her before heading upstairs to change.
She smiled
He quickly changed into fresh clothes and ran back downstairs.
She giggled
”Do I look alright?” he asked, looking at his clothes at her laugh.
She nodded
He smiled, walking over to her. ”Ready to go?”
She nodded again
He smiled, picked her up and walked over to the front door.
" we'll be back keep the door locked"
Henry nodded and gave a small salute as they left the house.
She smiled gently
Lysander smiled as they stepped outside, adjusting his grip slightly. ”Ready?” he asked, preparing to run fast.
" I'm taking the car we're getting groceries and I will not be able to carry them" she said
He sighed and nodded. ”Alright. Sorry, it's almost a habit for me to run or fly everywhere.” he explained, carrying her to the car.

It was mine months later and Betty was in a hospital bed about to give birth and Henry and Tyler and lysander weren't there just Charles she had forgotten to text them and say her water broke
Charles was sitting beside Betty, holding her hand. ”How do you feel?”

”Of course.” Charles agreed. ”Though I’m surprised you didn't ask for Lysander.” he commented.
