”Don’t you dare.” he murmured softly. ”Just swallow some. You’ll get your strength back.”

"I-I C-cant" she said weakly

”Yes. Yes, you can.” he insisted, not wanting to lose her again. ”Just open your mouth and swallow. It's all instinct.” he instructed gently as he started to gently pour a small amount of the blood from the bag into her mouth.

She glanced at him.before swallowing the blood

He smiled encouragingly at her. ”There you go. You up for a little more?” he offered.

She coughed up some blood and wiped her mouth

”You alright?” he asked, gently rubbing her back.

She nodded softly

He smiled and lifted the bag for her to drink.

She coughed again

She looked at him with a.sad sympathetic smile

He smiled gently back and kissed her cheek.

She sighed laying her head on his shoulder

”Better?” he asked gently.

She nodded

”Good.” he smiled, kissing her forehead.

She gently layed back down

He moved a little so she could be more comfortable and put the unopened bag in the top drawer of the nightstand.
