An lady who looks to be in her mid-thirties walks up to the podium, staring out at all the new students (everyone is new). "Hello. My name is Victoire Rousseau. No, I am not the Miss Rousseau. That was my great-great grandmother. I am the current principal of Miss Rousseau's Academy for Gifted Children. Each year we accept 10 girls and 10 boys into the school. You are all here for a reason. For the first week, you will be exploring the campus, and then classes start. Girls, please go over to Miss Abigail in the middle of the room. Boys, please go over to Mr Craigson in the far corner. They will take the roll and then take you on a tour of the campus."

Evaline walked to where she was supposed to be silently. Nervous for her first day at her new school, she hoped that she wouldn't mess anything up.

"OK!" Mr Craigson calls. "Kylan Merise!"

"Hello girls!" Miss Abigail says, unusually happy. "Alice Graham?"

Raven quietly walked over to where she was supposed to be. Hoping she won't mess up on her first day of school.

Kai turned to someone who was next to him, “Um, excuse me? Where is Mr. Craigson, exactly?” Kai whispered shyly, his face turning hot.

Timothy leaned on his cane, walking over to where Mr. Craigson was.

Asher looked at the person who had spoken to him. "Right over there." he said, pointing his chin in Mr. Craigson's direction.

River walked towards the directed teacher. She was chewing her favourite gum and humming her favourite song. She waved to the teacher and stood beside the other 5 girls.
