“If something happened to you, you could and will be replaced. Jobwise.” Lucille said flatly, “Say, do you have friends, family?”

"Yes. A sister and a couple friends from my childhood." He cocked his head. "Why?"

Lucille looked at him and turned back around continuing her job.

"WHY?" Nathaniel asked forcefully.

“Why what?” Lucille asked, not looking up, “Look, I don’t know why your girlfriend broke up with you, okay? However, we have a job to do. Do your job.”

"I've never had a girlfriend." Nathaniel pouted.
