Max quietly sat downstairs, not sure what to do.

Raven tried her hardest to stay awake not wanting to be taken by whatever that thing was. But alas, her body failed her, her eyes slowly drooped down until they were closed and she fell into a short but deep slumber

Halo grimaces. His heart thuds. He hated the dark. He hears a commotion upstairs. "Raven." He mutters.
there was something wrong with madison she wasn't on her knnes and hands anymore she was on her stomach flat down
He kneels next to Madison. "Maddie? Maddie are you okay?" He asks softly, his eyes concerned.

"Oi! Maddie! Stay with me!" He mutters. Halo looks around, his eyes wide with terror.

Raven woke up from her paralysis but was still unable to really move far. She brought her hand up to her throat realizing that she must've been choked somehow. She crawled to the bathroom door but just couldn't reach the handle from where she was
Halo gently picks up Maddie. "hang in there, Kay?" He asks gently, before he starts to carry her up the stairs.

Raven makes an effort to get up from the floor and is able to make it just high enough to reach and twist the handle

As soon, as she opened the door she fell to the floor and crawled toward Maddie's room since it was the closest
madison took a deep breath in and opened her eyes
Halo smiles at her. "You okay sunshine?" He asks gently.
she moved her hand to his hair and nodded
He nods, making it to her room. He sets her down gently. He sees Raven. "You okay, sugar?" He asks helping her up.

Halo nods and helps her sit down on the bed. He releases a pent up sigh. "What's going on?" He asks himself quietly.

"I don't even know. I think I might be going crazy," Raven let out a dry laugh after the first part. "when I was in the kitchen I thought I saw something twice but I just ignored it and now my throat hurts and I have no idea what happened before."
