“Why are you so mean?” Eve teased, faking a pout.

"Hmm, guess I was raised that way. Mean is a mean word though~" Riley also faked a put, crossing his arms.

"Sorry sorry," Eve stood and held out her hands so she could pull him up, "Come swimming with me."

Riley grabbed her hand, also standing. "Alright, alright." He chuckled.

Eve grinned and led them into the water, not caring about her clothes just the feeling of the water on her skin.

Following, Riley shook his head. "Water. Is. Still. COLD." He chuckled.

"Shouldn't you be able to heat it up, fireboy?" Eve teased, grinning.

"If you wanna get burned, sure." Riley retorted, chuckling. "Warm temperatures or cold to me, so I mean, I could warm the water upp..~"

Eve rolled her eyes with a small sigh, "Alright I get it, I get it."

"Suree~" Riley ran a now wet hand through his hair.

Eve giggled a little and flopped down into the water, pulling Riley with her.

Getting pulled towards Eve, Riley stumbled forward towards her. "Cold! WHy did you do thaaatttttt?" He whined with a grin.

"Because you need to man up and get over the cold, it's not that bad." Eve let out a small laugh.

"Whatever." Riley pretended to pout, slowly crossing his arms.

"Sorry…" Eve mumbled, casting her gaze downwards.

"Don't apologize, Eve." Riley chuckled, moving his hand to her chin, bringing her gaze back up.

Eve blushed a little, “I just um… It’s just a relflex I guess.”

"Well then." Riley left his hand on her chin only a moment longer before hesitating to pull it away. "Keep in mind you don't have to apologize to me."

Eve nodded, a smile returning to her face, "I will," She said before splashing him.

Riley jumped back a bit, before sharply inhaling. "You did not just do that…" He grinned wide, moving his hands and splashing her back.

Eve squeaked, followed by a laugh, "Hey!" She splashed him again.

Riley again returned the splash with a bigger one. "You splashed me first!"

“So?” Eve laughed and dove under the water, swimming up behind Riley and jumping up onto his back.

Riley instinctevly reached back to hold her up as he rolled his eyes. "I'll throw you back under." He teased, turning his head as he half stumbled to the side a step.

“You’re talking to a water girl, I don’t care.” Eve said, resting her head on his shoulder with with a grin.

"Damn, true." He sighed, turning her head towards her. "Why you do this to meh?" He playfully teased.

Eve laughed, “Not my fault I was born this way, was it fire boy?”

"Mmm, I suuppooosseee" He droned.

“Well I can’t help it now can I?” She raised an eyebrow.

"You can shush those pretty lips of yours, Eve." Riley huffed. "I'll still throw you under, even if it won't affect you."
