One on one while i'm waiting?

Torin sighed. Nobody was online. He kept the game open but pulled his math out of his bag. He kept glancing back at the game, hoping a name would pop up.

Leon clicked the download button and searched for things he could buy for his parents while the game was downloading. When it was done downloading he picked a username and made his character, he looked around for people that were online and sighed, nobody was on so he went back to searching things to buy for his parents.

Torin turned his computer back on, which had gone dark. There was one person online and he quickly requested to play with them.

Leon was slightly surprised when he got a request but he accepted, not sure what to expect.

Torin forgot his homework as he played with the stranger. He could tell they'd never played before but it was fun anyway. They finished the game and without thinking Torin messaged the other player. You're pretty good for a beginner, but don't go to the left, there's nothing good over there.

Okay then and thanks! He quickly typed in and soon forgot about the present.

Torin sighed, why can't I be like this in real life? He thought to himself.

Leon smiled slightly.

Oh stop your making me blush..
Torin sat back in his chair, smiling at the computer screen.

Ooooooooh, am I making a random stranger blush?
Leon was fully smiling at the computer screen.

Oh my god stop flirting with me!
He wrote back jokingly.

What?! I'm not flirting with you!
He rolled his eyes.

Well fine, maybe i'm flirting with you then.
Torin sent the message then quickly shut his computer and picked up his math homework again. Seconds later his dad threw open his door. "I got people coming over soon. No coming downstairs, no noise." He growled. Torin nodded and opened his computer back up once his dad left.

Well then, try harder because I'm not blushing at all.
Leon grinned slightly as he glanced at the clock.

I'll try my best pretty boy.
Torin heard loud male voices downstairs over the sound of his stomach growling.

How are you sure i'm pretty? What if i'm a woman who lives in her mom's basement?

I'm just making assumptions based on your personality. And you don't know my type, I might happen to love women who live in their mom's basement.
Torin glanced at the clock and closed his computer, shoved it in his bag along with his homework. He quietly slid open the window and climbed out onto the fire escape. The jump down wasn't far and he landed on his feet. The cafe down the street was always open until 7 and it was only 3:50. Torin sat down at a table near the window and pulled his laptop out again.

We'll see about that. What if you i'm a man who lives alone because his parents are dead and he's depressed and stuff?
He typed in, almost all of it was right about him, except for the fact he was depressed.

Well it wouldn't be all that bad, at least we'd have something in common.

Depression, and my mom is dead. So I guess that makes two things we would have in common.

He started feeling slightly guilty about saying he had depression, it was slightly true but he wasn't sad all the time.

Torin sighed. Here we go again, another person pulling away just because my life sucks. He thought, staring up at the ceiling.

Leon groaned. Way to make everyone think you're a cold-hearted person because you don't know how to talk. He thought while glancing at the calendar and sighing.
