"Not initially, you weren't," she reminded him, "And I belonged to him, so in a way, they indirectly belong to him as well. Once he lost me, however, he lost his access to them." She sighed and looked up at the sky, eyes fluttering closed. Her lashes brushed her cheeks, slightly quivering from her eyes moving beneath her lids. "What are the chances of us being able to steal a horse here?"
"I think we've caused enough trouble for today, sweetheart," he said with a knowing smile. "Let's just deal with this for now. I'll survive, I promise."

She sighed, opening her eyes and looking over at him with a slight pout. "You're no fun," she whined softly. "I was looking forward to it too!"
"I wouldn't be able to climb onto the horse, anyways," he said, meeting her pout with an amused gleam in his eyes. "It is an impractical idea every way you look at it."

"No. It'd be faster—once you hauled your ass up there." She poked his side as her pout deepened, seeing that amusement in his eyes. "Plus, horse."
"What use would that horse have if we plan on getting a ship in the near future?" he asked, raising an eyebrow up at her. "Besides, even though it would be faster, we'd have the police force of this little town on our tails. Which isn't a good idea when we're trying to build up a crew."

"Uh, hello, it's called borrowing. I'll have someone give it back once we're done." She stuck her tongue out at him, then reached over to poke his cheek with her pinky finger. "And who says I'm going to get caught? I know how to keep my hands publically clean."
"I am forbidding you from taking someone's horse," Anthony said with finality, scrunching his face up when she poked it. "Or else I'll walk all the way to the housing without help and hurt myself in the process."

She narrowed her eyes at him, then dropped back so she was behind him. Both of her arms wrapped around his waist, her head on his shoulder, and she easily kept pace with him still. "Nope. You're not going anywhere."
"Then you aren't going anywhere either," he said, kissing her on the cheek when she sat her head on his shoulder. "Although I do appreciate the concern. How far away is the housing complex, anyways?"
(Maybe it because it has been so long since we've actually roleplayed with them, but I thing Anthony and Rosia have beaten Runner and Tess for my favorite ship between our characters)

"Not far," she said with a shrug. She knew the area well enough and knew that they weren't too far from the inn now. She kept her arms wrapped around him as she hummed softly, an old song she remembered from childhood.
"You are a dreadful singer," he teased playfully as their walking fell into a similar rhythm. It was actually quite pleasant, her singing, but he wasn't about to admit it. "I expected more from you."

She narrowed her eyes at him, but didn't stop. The words turned more coherent as she closed her eyes, letting herself imagine that she was alone with Anto to make her more comfortable.

In another 15 minutes, the two were at the inn Hugh had been talking about. It was hard to really study the appearance of it, since there was an absolute scene going on in front of it. Hugh, Ming, Johnnie, and White were all shouting at each other, most of their attention focused on their assumed partners. Individual words were difficult to pick out in the seemingly physical wall of voices that they were producing.
"Well, shit," Anthony said, immediately moving out of her grasp and running the best he could to try and break everything up.

Rosia cursed and darted over to the group, getting between Hugh and White because she could afford to get hit by one of them, unlike Anthony. "Knock it off!" she shouted, glaring over at the other pair as well. She attempted to push people back away from each other, trying to at least break it up enough to get things sorted out.
Anthony stepped in between Ming and Johnnie, pushing them apart with a surprising amount of strength.
"It's stupid to go with them," Ming shouted, jabbing a finger across the body of the prince and into the face of the young woman. "It's a death sentence and you know it!"
"He is right!" Hugh said, his vice not having to get very loud to carry the same power.
"Shut up!" White shouted, straining against Rosia.

"Hey hey hey!" Rosia shoved at both of them again, glaring over at Ming and then Hugh. "What the actual fuck brought this on?" One moment, they were fine, but now they were shouting at each other. It was confusing and instantly made her frustrated with people.
"We cannot trust you," Hugh admitted, looking pained as he spoke. "You didn't even let us know your real names."
"We were going to tell you when we got here," Anto explained, his voice more snappy than usual. "If you didn't flip the fuck out, all of this would have been settled by now."
"Oh, bullshit," Ming interjected. "You were just gonna feed us another batch of lies."
Anthony looked over at Fane for help. He was never much of a people person.

"Calm down, you hooligans," she huffed, frustrated but hiding most of it. "Fine, you want to know the truth? You would've gotten it anyway in a civilized manner, but I suppose we can't have that, can we?" She dug through her pocket and unearthed an old photo of her and her family when she was a child. "I'm Aeleis Rosia Fane Valhalla. Sound familiar?" She showed them the picture before they could accuse her of lying. "There's a fucking good reason why we've got aliases."
"And I am Anthony Torrino," Anto said, and although he had no way of backing up this claim, the conviction in his voice left no room to argue. "Hunted down by the same people who killed my father and my brother. The one with a 100,000 dollar bounty on his fucking head."
The four were stunned enough that Anthony felt like he could remove the deathlocks he had on the collars of Ming and Johnnie and walk over to Rosia, wincing with every step.
"Well, bloody hell," White mumbled, the first person to speak after the shocking news.
"I'm….sorry, ma'am," Hugh mumbled in a quiet voice, looking slightly sheepish. "An' sir. I hadn't ah clue."

"If you had been patient," Rosia huffed, "then you would've had a clue. What the Hell brought this up?" She helped Anthony stand without really thinking about it, letting him put most of his weight on her.
"Ming said we should just walk off," Johnnie said, still looking upset, but not enough that anyone would have to do anything about it. "Said that you couldn't lead us."

She shook her head and sighed. "I would've been leading you either way, had it been on the ship or like this. Take your pick."
