Darren chuckled, "Do you like that or something?"

"Maybe," she replied in a soft whisper.

He decided to be a tease and lay down on his back next to her.

"Hey…" she pouted.

“Whatcha gonna do about it?” He chuckled

She rolled on top of him. "Hello," she giggled.

“Mmm hello,” he smiled a little bit left his eyes closed.

She inched forward. "What do you wanna do?" she asked quietly.

“I don’t know, what do you wanna do?”

"Didn't we already have this conversation?" Paige asked, wrinkling her nose.

“Yup. Twice. This is thrice but yet here we are,”

"Here we are," she repeated, resting her head down. She sighed.

He took a deep breath, "We could sleep,"

"Sleep is for the weak," Paige giggled, then reconsidered. "Yeah, we probably should."

He chuckled, "What can I say? I'm weak,"

"No you're not," she retorted.

“Well. I kinda am,” he disagreed.

"How?" she pressed, looking at him sideways.

“I fell for you in like… an hour,”

Paige blushed. "An hour? That seems a bit…"

“Weak? Strange? Not enough time to love someone? Yes I know, that is why I’m weak.”

Paige sighed. She rolled off of Darren but stayed on her side so she could look at him. "You're not weak," she insisted. "You're as weak as I am beautiful." She pinched her fingers together. "Nothing."

“You’re gorgeous by the way and so much so that you make me weak,”

She turned pink. "I… I do?"

"Yeah. You do," he confirmed.

She buried her face in the pillow. "I'm hideous."

"If you were hideous, I wouldn't be here,"

"Mmmmm."
