"wow, so talkative,"

"Mhmm…"

He smiled, "You sound tired,"

She shook her head into the pillow, even though she was indeed very tired.

He hummed softly and let himself relax.

She picked her face up and looked over at him. "Are you tired?" she asked, containing a yawn.

"A little,"

"Me too," she said, accidentally yawning.

"I know you are,"

She reluctantly nodded and yawned again.

"You should sleep darling,"

"I don't want to," she whispered. Her eyelids were already flickering closed.

He pulled her closer and closed his eyes.

She snuggled against him and fell asleep quickly.

He sighed and drifted off shortly after. He wondered if her parents or her brother would notice he never left.

Paige woke in the morning to find herself still enveloped in Darren's arms. He stayed. He actually stayed.

And someone proabably was going to have to wake him which was a chore in and of itself. He was a hard sleeper. The only thing that didn’t fade with sleep was how close he held her.

"Darren," she said softly. "Darren." She smiled and gave him a kiss.

“Hmm?” He questioned, still half asleep.

"It's time to wake up," she whispered.

“Aww not yet,”

"We have to."

“Five more minutes mom,” he used the cliche line even though his mom had been dead for years.

"Nope." She kissed him again. "Darren…" she hummed his name against his lips.

His eyes squinted open tiredly as they fought against the light, "Paige,"

"Wake up."

"Hrng okay," he yawned.

She yawned too. "You're contagious."

(OHMIGOOOOOOOOOSH! I JUST YAWNED IRL THAT'S SO FREAKY!"
