Crys felt sick. She grabbed her phone out of her pocket. She wasn't getting any wifi and it was too risky to look down for too long. So she just put her face in her arms and sighed, fighting back tears. I hate high school.
The bell rang signalling for lunch. Avery looked around and sighed, being a dorky loner was no fun.

Crys got up and quickly grabbed up her bag and rushed out of the room, hoping Beatrice wouldn't follow her. But Beatrice and her clique did.
Avery got up and walked over to the comics area of the library and picked out a marvel comic. Not seeing the title, she started reading
Lexi quietly followed Beatrice, she hated bullies, no matter who they were.
Crys shied away into a bathroom and locked herself into a stall.
"Did you get another bad grade on your quiz, Crystal?" Beatrice rapped the door. "Afraid the word will pop out and strangle you?"
Avery saw a girl sneaking behind a group of girls and decided to follow.

Lexi calmly walked up to Beatrice. "Hey Beatrice, how did you do on the test." She said with a sly smile on her face.

Avery hid inside a stall

Beatrice looked around. Her cronies disappeared, and she looked just about ready to pee herself.
"I–I," she stuttered stupidly.
"Yeah, that's what I thought, now get the F**k out." Lexi snarled as she watched Beatrice run away as a baby before she went inside the bathroom. "Hey, are you ok?" Lexi gently asked the girl who was bullied.
Crys carefully poked her head out of the stall, her hair standing on end from what looked like static electricity. "Oh, I'm fine." She said in a hushed voice. "Thanks."
Lexi shrugged before she gave the girl a comb. "Hate bullies, no matter who they are, no one deserves that, I'm Lexi." She introduced herself.
Crys glanced down at the comb then spotted her reflection, then hastily combed it down. "I'm Crys. It's nice to meet you." She said politely, then thanking her for the comb and giving it back.
"So do you like animals?" Lexi asked out of the blue. She knew it was a random question, but most people were actually afraid of her for that.
She grinned a little. "My best friend has a bearded dragon, and I love him. So, yeah, I really like animals, of any kind."
Lexi gave a sly smile. "Great well because." At that moment Snickerdoodle poked his head out of Lexi's pocket. "Meet Snickerdoodle."
Her face lit up and she opened her mouth. "Awww! What is he?"
"Uhhhhhhhh a snake?" Lexi said in confusion. Who doesn't know what a snake is?
"I couldn't see if he had legs or not." She flushed a bright red. "Sorry."
"Its fine I guess, now should I go get some lunch for you or are you good?" Lexi asked.
"No, I can get it myself, thanks, Lexi…" She hobbled out of the stall and started walking out of the bathroom.
Lexi sighed as she got her lunch and went to the library and ate it there.
She got her lunch quickly and went to an empty classroom to eat, deciding it was better for her to remain alone.

Avery checked her bag for her phone and waited under the entrance for her mom. ‘where are you?’ she texted her

Crys sat down on the bus and pulled her phone out of her pocket. Her earbuds fell out as well. She carefully picked them up and plugged them in. She put them in her ears and put on (i dunno if you guys like them but I do so i guess) Panic! at the Disco's album Pretty. Odd.
