Bye!)
She held on to his hand so she wouldn’t drift farther out. “Those may just be my favourite words.”
Bye!)
She held on to his hand so she wouldn’t drift farther out. “Those may just be my favourite words.”
"I'm not far off, then.." he gleamed.
She beamed up at him, her hair floating around her face.
He smiled widely.
“Race you to those rocks?” She pointed to some rocks in the water a little farther out.
"Sure," he smickered.
“3,2,1, go!”
He launched off in a breastroke towards the rocks.
He was much faster see than her, but she didn’t let that bother her. She surged forward, latching onto his ankle and letting him pull her along.
Of course he faltered at first, but caught his stability and kept gpoing.
She let go eventually, letting him beat her to the rock and leaning against it, chest heaving with laughter.
He crawled onto it, gasping for air as well. He turned over against the flat of the large stone, resting while water drooled off his skin. "Jesus," he wheezed in amusement.
“Sorry!”, she grinned, chest still heaving as laugh after laugh escaped from her lips.
"Haha.." he breathed in a rasp, drawing a hand down his angular face. "I guess I needed the workout," he laughed wheezily.
She grinned. “Nah, you’re fine.” She adjusted the strap of her bikini top.
"Come up here," he coaxed.
(I gtg, goodnight:)
Her pulse quickened but she pulled herself closer on the rock.
"Nice and warm up here,"
“Mm.”, she agreed, the water lapping against her waist.
He moved an arm to wrap around her shoulders.
The feeling of his skin against hers sent tingles racing down her spine.
"Te amo," he spoke softly.
Her heart swelled. “And I you.” She lay her head on his shoulder.
Cruz turned his eyes skyward, the burn of the sun prompting them shut. As the cold of the lakewater evaporated, all he could feel then was the sun and Fae's sweet warmth. To him, there was no difference between the two beautiful entities.
She let her eyes fall shut, one arm hooked around his waist as they let there in a blissful bubble, soaking each other up.
(Aw Cruz that’s so. Cute!!!)
His breath came in and out as soft, blissful rasps, chest rising and falling peacefully.
She listened to the sound of his breathing, her pulse steadying and evening out. The sunlight fell down gently on her face, warming her and she reveled in their closeness, feeling the urge to close the gap even more, gently, peacefully.
He tilted his head towards her, sensing her mild approach.
She intertwined her hands with his, breathing in his scent.
