¨Austin yelled for clyde ¨DUDE WE NEED YOU TO PULL OVER¨

Clyde pulled into a parking lot and he rushed to the back. "W-what? What's wrong?"
"She's not waking up!" Valerie cried, tears streaming down her cheeks.

Äustin winded back and slapped Briania as hard as she could
Briania jolted awake tears in her eyes holding her red cheek¨OWWW¨ she yelled.

Clyde held her, his eyes on Austin. "What the frick, man!"
Valerie shook her head. "Why did you smack her?"

¨She´s awake isn´t she¨Austin said
Briania moved her hand a small brusise starting to form.

Valerie shook her head. "So what? You don't smack your friends, idiot!" She moved past him to get some ice for Bri. She put it in a bag and set it on her cheek.

¨I ought to kill you Austin¨ she said.

Clyde looked at Austin. "Thanks but the next time you slap my girl, I'm gonna have to kill you. Nothing personal." He stood and cracked his knuckles.

¨Mmmm So friendly¨ she said with a smile.

Clyde rolled his eyes. "Whatever, now, tell me what's wrong. Do we need to take you to the hospital?"

¨No I´m fine¨ she said ¨Now go drive¨ she said.

Clyde sighed, leaned in, and kissed her, long and hard. He then stood and when back to the front seat, continuing to drive. Valerie went back to the couch to finish her meal.

Briania sighed ¨Dang¨.

Valerie finished her sandwich and moved on to her chips. She turned on the TV to find a sappy Hallmark playing. She turned the channel immediately.

Briania stood up and when she got a phone call from one of her brothers.

The dogs joined her on the couch as she watched "Chopped."

Briania hung up the phone and went up to the front and sat in the passenger seat.

Clyde glanced over at her. "Feeling better?" He asked.

¨yeah I don´t know what that was but you know my brother cash that hates you¨ she said.

"Yeah." Clyde nodded. "What about him?"

¨Well were gonna visit him on the trip¨ she said with a smile.

Clyde was silent for a long time. "Great…" he muttered.

¨Don´t worry Clyde I still love you no matter what ¨ he says.

"I know… it's just I know that this is no going to end nicely."

Briania smiled softly ¨I know and I´m sorry¨

"It's alright, boo."

Briania smiled ¨I love you¨ she said.

"I love you too." Clyde smiled, brushing his black hair from his eyes.

Briania sighed as she looked out the window.

Valerie sat on the couch, sketchbook and pencils with her. She drew with teary eyes.
