Darren's knees became shaky so he sat down.

(Here's Lillian, basically being Lloyd's mother again. WHY AREN'T YOU DRINKING ENOUGH WATER?!)
Lloyd hesitated, but ended up drinking some of the water anyways. It didn't help much with the migraine, but it at least made him a little less tired. Dehydration does that to a person. (Yeah, I would know. I'm pretty much always dehydrated lol)

Lillian nodded at Lloyd before slowly walking up behind Darren. She overheard him say dad, so she had an idea on what this was about.

(Current Status: Browsing through Amazon's red dresses and thinking about how hella good I'd look in them)

Lillian quietly reached behind Darren and gave him a hug.

A sigh came from the other line, Fine but you better have a damn good explanation for me later!
Darren hung up. running a shaky hand through his hair.

"I am in deep shit…"

Lillian sighed, "I know."

"Is Lloyd okay?"

"He'll be fine," Lillian said. She held him tighter, "How about you?"

"I'm thinking about what the custodial staff would think about me spending the night at school." Darren sighed resting his head on Lillian.

"They probably wouldn't like that," Lillian let out a laugh, "You could come to my place. It'll probably be better than yours."

Darren didn't think about it, "Okay."

Lillian nodded, "Good."

She wondered how her mom would react, oh well.

Am I getting sick? I couldn't be… that would be really, really bad. Lloyd held his hand up to his forehead. Is that hot or normal? No, no, no… I'm fine… I'm fine… it's just a headache and my face is just a bit flushed from being on stage… that's it.

"So are we done, rehearsal technically ended 5 minutes ago…" Darren looked around the room.

"Lloyd, you sure you're okay?" Darren asked again.

"We should probably wait for the others," Lillian said.

"Yep, perfectly fine. Definitely not sick." Lloyd stood up, leaning on the chair as he did so. Just look normal… there's nothing to worry about…
