“I’m joking,” he frowned, “We’re Fine,”

Lillian relaxed, "I knew that."

“I know you did,” he said softly.

Lillian nodded once again and nuzzled against him.

“So when do you think it’ll be safe to go home?”

Lillian thought for a second before she answered. Her voice slow in attempt to hide it's quiver, "I don't know. He can be extremely patient."

“Cooper wouldn’t let someone in the house for too long …”

"Yeah… But can we stay here for the night? Just to be safe?"

“Sure. I mean we paid for it, might as well right?”

Lillian nodded, "Yeah."

Lillian nodded, "Yeah."

He smiled. “I bet I could bribe the lady in the front for a room with a better view,” he looked out the window at the outdoor air conditioner unit. “I’m charming like that,”

Lillian laughed lightly, "Or we could close the windows?"

Lillian laughed lightly, "Or we could close the windows?"

“I mean… we could but then we don’t have a view at all,”

"Why do we need a view?"

(Indeed.)

“Views are pretty?”

"I guess, but I suppose if you want to you can."

“If it doesn’t matter to you then I won’t,”

"It doesn't really. If you really want to you should though. Don't make your decisions off of me."

“I make most of my decisions based off of what you want. What’s wrong with that?”

"Nothing," Lillian looked away, "It just feels wrong having that much power."

“I just want you to be happy,”

"I know you do, but still make it about half and half."

“I do things for me but I don’t need anything.”
