Ben patter Lloyd on the back, not knowing how to calm him down. Maybe I could close the blinds so he doesnt notice the lightning.
School RP (Closed 😬Stalkers welcome)
Lillian looked at him sadly, "I guess then I don't have a priority. I don't earn you a scholarship, and we'll probably break up the moment we graduate. Probably since we'll be going to different colleges."
Just ignore it… stupid, stupid, stupid! You're weak! And now Ben has to deal with you… you're sick and afraid of a little rain… he probably just wants to go home… Lloyd looked up at Ben apologetically, the circles under his eyes seeming to always grow ever darker.
“Lillian please, don’t do this.” Darren felt himself starting to cry. “I love you.”
Ben noticed the sad (or at least he thinks) look in Lloyds eyes. "Come on dude! Cheer up, its your first movie." He grins. "Is there a store near by? I'll go buy popcorn if you want."
"I… I-I'm sorry that you're stuck with me… really, y-you're welcome to go home. I-I wouldn't want to keep you here against your will.."
(I gtg to bed now. Byeeee)
(Night dude)
Lillian’s heart weighed with guilt, “Then don’t lie to me. Please, I see the bruise, it’s your dad isn’t it?”
(Night!)
(Byeeeee)
"I'm not stuck with you man! I'm here cause I want to be. What are friends for?" Ben stood up and left Lloyd the computer, and left for popcorn.
Darren sighed “maybe he’s right though.” He knew he wasn’t right but his dad had a way about getting in his head and always saying things like ‘what your mom think’.
Lillian looked him in the eyes, “Darren he’s wrong. So very very wrong. Do you hear me? He’s wrong. Don’t give up on your wants and wishes because of how he feels.”
Darren couldn’t bring himself to look at her a tear rolled down his face, “I’m so tired of him, Lillian. I can’t do this anymore.”
Lillian smiled softly, “I know, and I promise you that you won’t have to.”
“I can’t just leave him when high school is over. I’m the only person he’s got, and it’s easier to just give into him than to deal with what he does when I don’t”
Lillian let out a small chuckle, “But when it’s all said and done who will you be? The Darren that’s his father’s son? Or the Darren that followed his heart?”
Darren nodded, "He does what he does to me because he's angry. He overworks himself for the same reason. The person he loved most left him and now he's just an angry person. It's hard to disobey someone like that Lillian.
Lillian hugged him, “I know. I really do, but please. Don’t just give up.”
Darren sobbed into Lillian's shoulder, he didn't really know why he was crying though. All he knew was he was upset and she was there for him.
Lillian held her own tears in. She needed to be there for him. Despite the demon that was growing inside.
"I don't know what to do anymore." Darren sobbed, but it came out muffled from how far he was buried in Lillian's shoulder.
Lillian held him tighter, “We’ll figure something out. I know we will.”
Darren nodded even though Lillian couldn't see him. We better figure something out soon, because I can't live this way anymore.
