Lillian whined and her eyes became big like a puppy's, "Darren can't you just tell me?"

"You're smart," He smiled, "You'll figure it out I'm sure."

Lillian groaned, "I'm sick. Can't you give me a break?"

"Where's the fun in that?" He said as they entered the comic book store.

Lillian grabbed onto his arm, "Lots of fun. Like kisses later. Otherwise you get none."

Darren stopped, "That's not fair!"

Lillian smiled, "Then tell me. Pleeeaaaaaaase!"

"You should play D&D with me… Also, I could just hold you down later.

"Of course I'll play with you! And you can try," Lillian smirked.

"Well, let do it then." Darren smiled, "D&D I mean, I can hold you down later."

"Really?" Lillian looked at him, "Let's do it! Lia in the house!"

Darren gave her a confused look before deciding to sit down at a table he had found.

Lillian sat down next to him. She began going over the rules and explained that Lia was her elven ranger character.

Darren nodded. This might not be so bad.

Lillian looked at Darren, "So ready to make your character? Or have you done that already."

“No I haven’t yet… I need your help.”

Lillian smiled, "Of course! First you need to pick a race."

"What are my options here?"

Lillian thought for a second, "Well there's Aarakocra, Aasimar, Bugbear, Centaur, Dragonborn, Dwarf, Elf, Feral Tiefling, Firbolg, Genasi, Gith, Gnome, Goblin, Goliath, Half-Elf, Halfling, Half-Orc, Hobgoblin, Human, Kenku, Kobold, Lizardfolk, Minotaur, Orc, Tabaxi, Tiefling, Tortle, Triton, and Yuan-ti Pureblood."

"Kobold?" Darren said looking at a book, "That looks cool."

"Yeah," Lillian smiled, "You want to go with that?"

Darren nodded, "Who doesn't want to be a dragon man?"

"I don't know," Lillian laughed, "SO your class?"

“My class?” He echoed.

"Like a rouge or something?"

Lillian nodded, “Yeah. There’s some others too.”

She flipped to the class page in his book.

"Yeah I know I read those, I like rouge…" Darren smiled feeling accomplished.

Lillian smiled at him, “Its a good class. I almost picked rouge, but decided to be a ranger instead.”
