"He will Jason," she assures him. "He's strong, just like you."

Jason nods, smiling a little before falling asleep at his brothers side.

Saffi smiles softly and closes her eyes, but doesn't fall asleep.

The room was quiet through the night, except for the gentle beepings of Milo's monitor. His chest rose slowly, but shallowly, due to the broken ribs. One hand held tightly to Saffi's, the other holding Jasons.

She lays there, thoughts flooding her brain, unable to sleep. Her breaths shaky from crying.

Jason curls next to his brother then crawls towards Saffi, hugging her, before falling asleep again.

She sighs and hugs him tightly, humming softly.

(Skip to morning?)

(Yeah sure)

In the morning there was a gentle knock. A nurse, different from yesterday enters. She smiles at the trio before walking towards Milo to change the IV fluids.

She smiles softly and stands up, yawning loudly. She hadn't slept at all. She brushes off her dress and sighs.

The nurse looks towards her, "Would you like something to change into?" She asks sweetly.

"That would be nice, thank you," she replies, nodding slightly.

The nurse nods, and smiles a little bit. "No problem. If you need anything, feel free to ask." She exits the room. Jason woke up before nuzzling back at his brothers side. Milo was still fast asleep.

Saffi sits in a chair and sighs, rubbing her temples. She mumbles under her breath.

Milo groans softly shifting a little bit.

She looks up at him and sighs, shaking her head slightly.

Jason hops off the bed when the nurse returns with a simple white shirt, and the blue hospital pants. "Here you go." She says gently.

She nods and takes them. She looks towards Jason and raises an eyebrow. "I'll be right back, okay?"

Jason nods, "Okay. " He takes the other pair of clothes and stays in the hospital room.

She walks out of the room and towards a bathroom. She quickly changes and brushes her hair out with her fingers. She walks back to the room and knocks on the door softly.

"You can come in." Jason calls. He had changed and was back at his brothers side.

She walks in walks over to Jason and Milo, kneeling down next to the bed.

Milo's hand twitches and he groans softly.

She frowns and grabs his hand gently, yawning.

Milo moves blindly, unsure, but stops his movement when pain wracks through his body.

(Hey…they actually did get out of school…)
She pulls away and leans against the wall, pulling her knees up to her chest.

(Huh. Yes they did.)
Milo's hand searches for Saffi's. When he finds her hand, he holds onto it gently.

She kisses the top of his hand softly and sighs.

Milo smiles softly, as long as he was with her, he could be blind, deaf, mute, anything and he would still be happy.
