Zoe could feel his eyes boring down on her as he could read all her thoughts. " So you aren't even afraid that this world might be ending? Our very existence could just disappear and you're not worrying about it?." She replied in the same tone while making a gesture with her fist.
Shrugging, in the same infuriating tone, he replied. "Nope. The world never cared for me, I don't overly care for it. Most people don't do much while existing anyway." The question doesn't seem to have fazed him in the slightest.

Cora let out a low whistle. “Personal questions all around,” she murmured, more to herself than anyone, shaking her head slowly.
She signaled to Cora to be quiet so she could hear his answer and not be disturbed. This was something personal to both of them, and it needed some privicy.

Cora mumbled something about wanting to leave, leaning back in the chair, her shoulders slumped. To occupy herself, she concentrated on rolling up the bottoms of her boyfriend style jeans slightly.
Suddenly a loud, booming voice appeared out of nowhere. " Is everyone here?" A man stepped out from behind the bookshelves and revealed himself before the boy answered. " I assume everyone has settled in." The man looked like a wizard. The fabrics inside his gown were moving like a galaxy. An entire universe was on there alive. He had a large white beard and his eyes were a light brown. He appeared old as he crossed the room and sat down besides them.
River ran into the library. He was worried he was going to be late, too this mysteroius meeting. He found a group of kids already there. He walked up to them and the strange man that had appeared.
Zoe wasn't surprised another kid had walked in. "Let me guess you got the message." Zoe said in a dry voice. What interested her was his appearance. He looked like nobody she had seen before. "well, who are you?"
"Yeah," River responded, "My name's River."
