Madeline squeaked and hid her face in her knees.
Nonononono!
Madeline squeaked and hid her face in her knees.
Nonononono!
(I brb.
Cheesecake is nice.)
(Hell yes it is
byyyyeee)
Ferran stumbled back. He knew he shouldn't look directly at it, but he couldn't help it. It's blazing purple and blue surface was breathtakingly beautiful.
Madeline dared to peek at it, biting her lip. Her eyes widened at the sight and she gasped quietly.
"Wow…" she breathed, standing up.
"Yeah…" Ferran nodded slowly. "Hey….I think it's trailing dust…"
"Coooool" Ellen murmured.
“That’s… wow…” Cato sputtered.
"Wait, why are we standing here, still?" Madeline wondered quietly, though she didn't take her eyes off the comet. "It's kinda heading straight for us…"
“Even if we move… the impact will still do us severe harm….” Cato said softly, his eyes fixated on the comet.
Ferran nodded. "Plus…I did the math….it's not gonna hit us…"
"Well, that was fast… So… Okay, we can just watch the pretty sky-rock fall to the earth. Cool." Madeline nodded once.
Cato nodded wordlessly.
"So we're not going to die?" Aster asked, staring at the comet like everyone else.
"Doesn't seem like it." Ellen muttered.
"I hope not," Madeline said quietly. "I want to see this thing up close…"
“It’s so… wow…” Cato agreed.
An especially giant piece of dust feel to the ground in the distance. Then just like it had come, the comet disappeared. "That was…." Ferran frowned. "Odd."
"Did you… did you see that?" Aster gasped, "The-the thing, dropped a tHing."
"Yes, and now it's gone," Madeline sighed, sitting back down. "Well… There goes that."
"No not that."
Luna had gotten up and started toward where that 'thing' was heading to. She wanted to find out what it was.
"What? Yeah, I mean I saw the thing drop a thing, but now the original thing is gone. Wow, that was a really confusing sentence…" Madeline said.
Ellen noticed Luna and got up and followed her.
(No we're not gonna go to the thing cus we'd have to walk a really long ways)
(Okay then.)
(Okay.)
Luna saw it was a ways away and sat down with a long exhale. She wanted to see what it was.
Ferran scratched his head. "I don't know about you guys, but I think that was aliens…."
"In space, no one can hear you scream." Ellen intoned.
"Aliens?" Aster repeated, looking at Ferran strangely.
(Ferryyyy,)
"Thanks for that Ellen."
