Ellis grunted as he set the box down. "How many more are left?" He glanced around the parlor of the old house.

Nathaniel set down a smaller box. "Dunno. What did you say these were for again?"

"They're our stuff you idiot. They're for us to live."

"Right… sorry…" Nathaniel went to grab another box, not making eye contact with Ellis. He always hated when he irritated him.

Ellis shook his head. "Did they ever dust here or did they prefer to grow corn in it?"

"No idea." He checked the label of a box, only half listening to whatever Ellis was saying. He had a tendency to ramble.

Ellis sighed. "Well I hope our bedrooms aren't half as bad. Is that all of them?"

"I think so." Nathaniel set down the box next to the others, glancing about the place. "You sure this is… you know, legal? I mean, we're all underage…"

"I got the papers if you'd like me to read them to you. Maybe as a bedtime story so you don't get scared…"
