"Umm, hello…" Estel trailed off, unsure about what to do. She smiled awkwardly, feeling her face heat up. "Ah, yeah…" She just stood there, almost as if she was frozen in time. But that was impossible.
"M-may I ask you an awkward question…?" Izuki asks after a minute. "May I see your wrist… the tattoo?" he asks, rolling his sleeve up to show her his tattoo. The small birds of flight.
Estel turned her wrist over showing the tattoo. The same tattoo, of the same birds, in the same place. She stopped smiling after noticing it was weird.
Izuki's eyes widen slightly and he looks at her. He takes a breath. So he finally found his soulmate. He outstretches his hand. "My name is Izuki. What's yours?" He asks kindly. His heart was right about to beat out of his chest but he tried to keep his cool.
"I'm Estel," She said, making sure she was still breathing, her mind still working, her heart still beating. "I kind of gave up a long time ago." She admits a real smile brought back to her face from long ago.
"I did too…" He mutters, returning the smile. "After all this time… heh." He looks towards his boss. They make the silent connection and his boss waves him off. Basically saying 'take the day off.' He looks towards Estel. "You have a very pretty name." he compliment.s
"Thanks, you have a very Kuhle name," She says, "So, what do you do in your spare time?"
He hums, "Normally go on walks, play with my cat, write, read, and at times, when I don't have work, I'll go practice archery." he says, chuckling softly.
"I just make art," Thinking back to her unfinished painting she asks, "You think you could help me finish painting?" Very wishful and hoping questions… She thought.
"Sure. I'm not very good, but I can help somehow." He smiles at her. "Would you like to take a seat?" He asks curiously, looking around the half filled cafe. "I'd love to learn more." He smiles at her.
"Sure, but what need you learn more umfana?"She asked.
"I'm just curious." He answers, chuckling softly. "Painting isn't exactly my expertise." He smiles, before drawing out a chair for Estel.
Jamey wandered around in her house. She had the biggest criminal record everywhere. She didn't know what to do. Soon she would run out of food.

Estel sat down, fixing her shirt. "Painting's not that hard," She said, "It's just putting volatile organic compounds on cotton,"

He chuckles, nodding as he walks to the other side. "Are there specific colors? Specific designs? What do you love about painting?" He asks curiously.
"It's, satisfying," She declared, "Painting is just putting your thoughts into art, and it's not like drawing where everything should be properly proportioned,"

Alexis smiled at the soulmated pair. "See? That is going to be you and your soulmate one day. Don't give up hope. Your soulmate is out there somewhere, waiting to find you as well." She said.
Elijah snorted. “There are lots of people who died before they met their soulmate. There are people who didn’t fall for their solemate, but hated them instead. There’s even people that fell for their solemate but couldn’t handle the ups snd downs of a relationship and ended up breaking up. And, my cousin- not the one with the painting, his sister in fact- has a platonic solemate. Destiny and fate are pointless, they find a way to make you miserable no matter what you do.” He relaxed in his chair. “Besides, some people don’t even meet their soulmate ‘till they’re fifty.”

"How do you view painting?" Estel asked.
He hums for a moment, thinking. He brushes a stray hair piece from his eye before saying, "Art to me, is a way to express the soul. There is a story behind each painting. Emotions, feeling, stories, hopes, dreams. Things like that. The artist puts their greatest desires, dreams, fears all sorts of things into these paintings, showing the people who see them the world inside their mind." He answers after a moment.
Alexis sighed. "You really take the fun and joy out of erything you know? Done it for soulmate is like finding yiyr other half, the person who completed you. And yes, sometimes that happens. They don't work out or the ever meet. But more times then not they live happily we after."
"Why don't you come over later to my warehouse to help?" She questioned. "I practically live there, and I have enough paint to last a few centuries. It could be fun, depends on what we do. So, whatcha think??"
Izuki hums before nodding. "I would love to." He smiles kindly at her. She didn't seem that bad. But he was going to wait a little while to see how this was going to work out.

"I mean, taking the fun and joy out of everything is kinda the main reason I work on a kids show." Elijah said, leaning down to take his script out of his bag to show to Alexis. "It's a great for kids to get a healthy dose of spite and hatred for the world at a young age."
