Strange RP.

(so was Katie just with them the whole time?)

Katie followed the group, shaking from exhaustion by the fight. Riann haad over exerted herself again. "Feeling a bit better?" she asked.

"I'm feeling better. Just a little tired." Riann sighed, glancing over at Spyke. She continued to walk down the sidewalks towards the city.

They made it to a calmer section of the city, a small Japanese neighborhood. Riann decided to step in and take a look. Red and gold lanterns were strewn between each of the buildings and the smell of cherry blossoms spread throughout the air.
Riann continued to walk until she reached a small restaurant nestled in an alleyway.
"Anyone up for some Japanese food?" She called out to the group.

“Oooh, me! Me! Something tells me that I’ll like it.” Lucille grinned.

Riann laughed and stepped inside the restaurant. She sat down at one of the tables with the rest of the group and soon enough the menus were here.

They all ordered plates of different Japanese food and after about twenty minutes, it all arrived at their table.
Riann grabbed a bowl of noodles. "So, where should we go next?"

“Well, it looks like wherever we go. The obstacles will be be there.” Lucille said.
(Hey maybe the next obstacles could be a group of living things like giant wolves or something, IDK. I just watched the Hobbit so my mind is distracted.)

( giant wolves. . . sounds good. We can be in the inner city next to a casino or something)

Katie grabbed a plate and piled sashimis onto it. "We should maybe stick to less populated places. That way the collateral damage is minimal."

“That’s true.” Lucille agreed, she sipped some tea and said, “So it seems like we are all granted with… one ability. We are put through trials, huh? Katie have you discovered your power thingy yet?”

She thought it over. "When we're fighting, I can't even keep track of what I'm doing, my arms are moving too fast. Maybe it's like speed or agility or something along those lines."

“…we should test that out…” Lucille said, “Speed and agility are quite different, I think if we test it out, we’ll be able to see the difference.”

She nodded and ate some of the noodles in her bowl. Most of the color returned to her face, but a blue color seemed to be slowly coming into her amber irises every time she created an illusion.
"Seems like these are some sort of trials. It could be a test on us since we have these powers." She sighed. "Kind of like Maze Runner."

“I don’t think I know what Maze Runner is.” Lucille said.

Katie's eyes widened. "Whhhhat?! James Dashner is the bestest person ever!" she ranted. "It's this amazing trilogy with a prequel and a sequel."
If they didn't stop her soon she'd go into full fangirling mode. And then it'd be too late.

"These people were put into a Maze, it was a trial kind of thing. Challenges like this." Riann explained. "We'll figure out your power soon. . . hopefully in the next obstacle."

“Perhaps. Honestly, it scares me. Is your power.. tempting? You use it to your breaking point, that’s not settling.”

Katie looked down. "It's true that power corrupts. But, we have to hope that we can regulate each other within this group."

She sighed and bit her lip as she thought. "I don't know. . . it seems quite tempting. Like all these little voices telling me to use it." Riann stopped as everyone started staring at her. "Sorry, that sounds crazy. . ."

“Oh no worries, we’re all crazy in some ways.” Lucille reassured.

( So I watched this movie and there's a masquerade ball scene kinda thing. Now I want to do a masquerade scene. ;-;

"Well, so far the powers don't seem to have any side affects." Riann added on as she rubbed her now bluish eyes.

"Other than tiredness." Katie pointed out.

"Yeah." Spyke said. "Seems they take up some stamina."

"I'm going to see if we can get a room." She got up and walked towards a woman with long dark hair and asian eyes. After a few minutes, Riann came back grinning.
