Riverpaw jumped up onto the seat, settling in Danielle's lap. She hadn't wanted to shift on her first day, but she always felt safer in her wolf form. "Soo, question for the new-to-our-world demon boy. Do you like it up here?" Danielle asked.

"Oh yeah," His eyes flashed a darker red when he put a dorito chip in his mouth. They tend to do the when he's excited or if he likes something. "Its not as dark, but the light does hurt my eyes at some points." Sticking his hand in the bag again he took another one and ate it. These are good. "I just could stand being down there any longer."

"Its not as bad as people make it out to be. Well, for demons at least." Probably not the best to say that, but it was already done. "So, why did you come to this school?" Uriah saw something flicker on Danielle's lap and looked over, his eyes flashed again. So cute! He thought.

"My mom got a job around here, so we moved. River and her family, on the other hand, were being hunted by some baddies and came here when she was little."
Riverpaw mentally thanked Danielle for leaving out the part about her mother. "W-we have two other friends here, b-but they're a year ahead of us, so we- we won't really get to see them during hours." She said.

Nyna glanced over at Nienna and her ears twitched. She thought, "Another fellow elf! Wait, she looks like a half elf. Hopefully she doesn't think that I'm like the others."
"I'm sorry, but can pet the dog?" Uriah loved dogs he had a hellhound when he was in the underworld and he missed her so much. "Never mind it was rude of me to ask." For all he knew it could be a shapeshifter and that would be weird.

Nienna saw that the elf girl noticed her. "Shit." She mumbled. She had to get out fast before things got out of control. Quickly, she ran out of the lunchroom.

Riverpaw huffed a little, still enjoying the petting, but she moved away anyway and sat next to Danielle, shifting into her human form. She gave Uriah a little wave. "Hi."
"Hi." His eyes widened and his smile grew bigger. If he had a tail it would be wagging right now. "I've always loved animal shifter, but this is my first time seeing the real thing."

"We don't have any in the underworld, so I've only read about about you guys." He elbowed the girl next to him. "Don't you think they are cute?" He didn't mean to do that he was just excited.

Nyna saw Nienna run away and thought, "Did I scare her? I didn't meant to… I mean I was going to introduce myself.." Her face turns gloomy.
"I'm sorry, I totally just elbowed you, a-are you olay?" He looked a bit worried. Demons were strong beings so he didn't want to hurt anyone. "Um, I asked if you thought they were cute? Because they are right." He looked back at Riverpaw and Danielle.
