Nico sat in the back of Dark Arts, mindlessly flipping through a textbook he had been handed earlier. He really didn't want to be in this class, but maybe it would help him learn something about why he had superhuman abilities. None of his family had anything like this, but of course he was stuck with another thing that made him strange. Nico thought this academy would make him feel more at home, but if anything it made him feel worse. Although there were others with strange powers like his, there were barely any humans. "You loose one, you gain one." He mumbled under his breath.

"Really? Sorry, I'm new so I don't know what classes there are." He still read over the book waiting for the teacher to come in.

"Oh." Durbin said, as a figure came out from a shadowy corner of the room.
"Good day class." A Russian accent said. "Turn to page 51 in class Grimoire."
Durbin obeyed, seeing quite the large seal diagram, spread over two pages, and intricately laid out.
(You know, Nienna could always just skip class to see Durbin and Uriah, but if it's not in her character, then I guess we'll find a way to make this work.)

"This, is what's known as conjuration seal, can be used to summon and banish spirits." The teacher took out a piece of chalk on the board, drew the seal, and muttered a few words. Within moments a small demon came through to their location, using the seal as a doorway.
Uriah nodded. He had that down already and he showed it earlier today. But he still wrote everything down. "I got this of she asks us to try this." He whispered to himself.
