Avrey relaxed into Kane, feeling along his warmth. "Thank you…"

" anytime little fox."

Avrey laughed, wrapping his legs around the other's waist as he yawned and held onto him.

kane ran his fingers through avreys hair

Avrey sighed softly as he closed his eyes to Kane's touch. "You make me sleepy…"

" really?" he joked

Avrey nodded. "Well, you just made me sweat for a while so… I'm kind of sleepy…"

he chuckled and pulled avrey closer

Avrey yawned again, curling closer. It was only when he heard the fire alarms that he was woken out of his stupor

kane jerked up " the hell"

Avrey sat up as well, still clinging to Kane. "…maybe someone just burnt something?" He said shakily, fear in his voice

kane picked avrey up " hurry get dressed!" he said and slipped his clothes back on.

Avrey hurriedly put on some of Kane's clothes which hung loosely off him as he headed for the door, quickly grabbing pharaoh and the rabbit in the process. "oh god oh god kane oh god…"

Kane went to look around when he dead stopped at the boy fanning the smoke alarm
" Just one burnt cake ya temperamental ahole"Kenji said.( Comedy XD)

Avrey sighed in relief, laughing hard. “Ken!”

" what?" he said and looked over at them."

Avrey kept laughing, leaning on Kane as he set the animals down.

" kenji i swear we thought the building was on fire."

Avrey sighed, nodding slightly. "Yeah. I was ready to get out of here."

" im sorry.."

Avrey just laughed again, hugging Kenji. “It’s alright. You didn’t mean to.”

" well if it wasnt burnt.. happy birthday kane.." he said solemnly

Avrey put a hand over his mouth, looking to Kane. “Oh god…”

" what?" Kane said and looked over. He was smiling, his face covered in a soft blush
Kenji chuckled " think I wouldn't find out"

Avrey smiled. “Awww! Kenji!!”

Kenji smiled " cooking is my specialty not pastry "

Avrey laughed, hugging him again. “We’ll try it. And if it’s a little too… toasty for our taste, then we can get a cake from the bakery

" thank you " he said and let them eat it
" its looking good kenji" kane said

Avrey smiled and nodded, grabbing forks and plates for them. "Happy birthday, kane." He said softly, giving him a small peck on the cheek

kane chuckled and sat down " thankyou."
