"Nothing. As far as I know, humans haven't ever reacted to the Galaxy Stone the way you did," Avery answered. She looked up from the pancake she was cooking and turned to face Dylan, her emotions carefully masked. "Are you saying I might be right?"

( The website wouldn't work for me either! Sorry guys! )
Element parked a few blocks away from Jared's house, deciding that she didn't want to draw that kind of her attention to herself. With swift strides, she walked down to his house. When she reached it, she saw a car parked out front. Great. she thought, and she walked around to the back door, her movements hidden by bushes. Suddenly, she had an idea. Knocking on the back door, she masked her face with the most fearful expression she could. She watched a man come to the door, and he opened it, hair disheveled and eyes foggy. "Sir!" Said Element. "There is somebody on your front lawn in a car… I… I think he might be dangerous!"

Vaughn’s eyes widened as he saw Element go up to the door. “You have got to be kidding me!” He slumped down in his seat, hidden now.
Jareds eyes widened, and he quickly ran out the front door. Element crept inside, and walked around the living room. He'd be back any second. She spotted his lap top on the table, and snatched it up. That was really all she needed. With quick movements, she put it in her bag, and sprinted back to Oscar. Climbing in, she smiled. "C'mon Oscar we gotta go!"

Vaughn jumped out of the car, deciding it wasn’t worth it to go after Element. He needed Jared Mann. He sprinted and tackled Jared to the ground. Despite the fact the man was larger than him, he was easily able to subdue him. With a quick blow, he was knocked out, and Vaughn dragged him up.
"I'm saying you probably are. You know more about this than I do. Hell, I don't even have a name to go with the guise. You're tied in with the League and everything. But…" Dylan paused, meeting her gaze, "Memories kinda opened for me, when we talked about the flame, and when I touched the stone. Memories may be fickle things, but I'm fairly certain I know what I saw."
With that, Dylan bit his lip and looked away, uncertain as to whether he should go on.
Woah, Avery thought. Being right, while it was nice, was not necessarily a good thing in this situation.
She placed a gentle hand on Dylan's shoulder to comfort him, then softly prompted him to continue.
Element drove Oscar back to the building, and walked into the kitchen. "Hey guys I-" Element stopped mid-stride, and saw that Avery and Dylan were having a moment. "Never mind." she said, turning and walking out.
(Oh, Element! 😂)

Vaughn dragged the man into the back seat of the car, then drove for around ten minutes until he arrived at an abandoned looking gas station. He dragged the man inside, locking him in the small back room. Vaughn stepped out from behind the counter and turned on a radio, the music blaring loud. He went to a fridge, taking out a small bottle of vodka. He took a quick sip and exhaled sharply.
( Just here to look awkward and be a human library! )
(Lol. Element is so much more than a human library! We literally wouldn't even be at this point without her!)
( awww shucks )
(Lol.
I wonder where everyone is…)
( rlly though )
Element walked up to her room, exited to look into the lap top. When opening it, of course there was a password, but she quickly hacked through it. To her dismay, all his files were extremely hidden.
Dylan heard Element walk in and walk right back out. He smirked, but realized that he couldn't say what he wanted to with her in earshot.
"We'll talk about this later," He sighed, turning around and meeting her eyes again, "Let's go see what goodies Element has for us, eh?"
(Sorry, schooling and rping at the same time is kinda hard…)
Although she was disappointed that she wouldn't get to hear what Dylan had to say, Avery forced herself to smile back. "Sure. Let's go check on her."
(Sorry, schooling and rping at the same time is kinda hard…)
(Yeah, I totally understand.)
Together they strolled down the hall and stopped at Element's door. Dylan politely knocked twice on the door frame before coming in, Avery behind him.
"Hey, how did that chat go?" He asked.
Avery led Dylan to Lenny's room. She knocked on the door, then opened it a crack and peeked in.
"Hey, Lenny. Whatcha got there?" she asked with a smile, noticing the laptop the younger girl was working on.

Vaughn set the bottle on the counter, going to a dry erase board labeled ‘21 days clean!’ He huffs and wipes the number away. He goes into the backroom where Jared is now up, and Jared is on him, the two tumbling to the ground. Jared gets Vaughn onto his stomach, his knee digging into his back sharply.
“How the hell did your people find me?” Jared growled.
Vaughn didn’t answer and Jared grabbed the back of his head before slamming it onto the ground. Spots exploded in Vaughn’s vision and he hissed sharply in pain, feeling blood begin to drip from his nose. He tried to shove Jared off him, but the man seemd unaffected. Jared got up, yanking the pistol from Vaughn’s waistband, firing a shot into his knee without hesitation. Jared tosses the gun away and leaves. Vaughn lays there on his back, groaning sharply in pain from his knee and head.
(It's all right. It has the same effect…)
(Yeah. I realized that I wrote basically the same thing in different words and POV…)
(Anyone on?)

(I am, was waiting to see if anything else was going to happen now, though. Not really in this narrative at the moment.)
(Yeah. I'm waiting for a response from @Solas for Lenny.)
(Same… How are we gonna notice Vaughn is in deep?)
(Also, I frickin' love foxes!)
