Superhero RP with a twist

Once the waiter had left their table, Xavier quickly took all of Leonard's salad. Luckily, he did not mind.

Leonard watched as he pulled his salad bowl away from in, "If you going to take my salad, do you want my coleslaw?" He pointed to the purple and white salad.

Xavier shook his head, "I already have enough greens."

(ok any time you guys wanna interject in our convo please jump in)

Evera could hardly stand still anymore. The more the asshole talked, the more she wanted to take that stupid champagne glass and shove it down his throat. How dare he? She didn't know what his issue was, or what he wanted, but she knew one thing. She wasn't going to make a deal with him. "Give me Riley back or I swear to God I will shut down your entire organization!"

"My entire organization?" he repeated with a smirk. "Doctor, you have no idea how far my reach is. Everything in this city belongs to me. I can have whatever I want."

Evera stared at him. Then, she lunged, her hand reaching for a shard of the glass still on the table.

'What tha heck?!' Xavier stood up instantly as a girl from the broken table shot forward and gabbed a shard, probably to stab or hit the annoying guy with. "Hey!" He blurted, darting forward, he pulled the girl and the man back to their chairs. "What's going on here?!" He said to the girl, then looking at the young man he said harshly, "And what right do you have to case this much havoc in a public place?!"

//someone had the idea of where she was one of the antagonsitst’s hostages and I was gonna do that, but I gtg now so bye

"Stay out of this," Evera snarled, and then regretted it. She did a double take. "Dr. Bateglia? What the hell –sorry, what are you doing here?" She let the glass slip from her palm, her hands shaking.

"I'm eating with on of my students." He said quickly, "Now, what are you two doing casing property damage?" He glared at the unknown man.

"Do you remember Riley Thomas?" Evera bit out slowly, painfully, her voice thick. "This man took her away from me. He took her right out of her hospital bed because of me. He killed Alice's son!" she gestured to Alice. "He's evil."

"You took one of my patients?"

"Ah, yes. The wise young doctor with so many jobs and…that unusually white hair." Johan appraised Xavier, a smile spreading across his face. "You're gifted as well, are you not? I'm glad to make your acquaintance."

"We're not friend…" Xavier said darkly. Standing over the tiny 'Human', Xavier stood to his full height, "You kidnaped an injured girl and killed someone's son, and yet out of all of that crime you want to take more? I can and will turn you in."

"Turn me in," he repeated, a laugh bubbling in the back of his throat. "Turn me in? I own you. I own your hospital, your school, this restaurant, the police. You're here because i'm allowing you to be here. I need you. I need you, and Alice, and Dr. Chung. I hope you understand." He smiled sweetly, folding his hands.

A small laugh escaped Xavier, "Y-You know nothing. First- This human money I.. I receive, is worth nothing to me. Second- Do you think I mean the police? The tiny humans in blue suit? No! I mean the Umbra Vacuas, The secret police from my world." Looking back at Evera, then to him, he finished, "And you cant own an Angel of Death."

Leonard watched silently from the side lines, 'This is sooo intense, but yes so funny!'

Evera gaped at Xavier. "You're…what?" She'd know for some time Xavier was more than he was letting on, but Angel of Death? That was far fetched, even for her.

Johan was unphased. "Mhm. Angel of what was it? You're quite scary, I'll give you that, but against hundreds of my warriors, you'll fall as hard as any human."

Leonard watched silently from the side lines, 'This is sooo intense, but yes so funny!'

Alice's gaze snapped to him. An innocent boy finding this conversation funny. Go, she mouthed to him. She turned back to Xavier and bowed her head. "Sir." She looked to Johan. "I've seen your warriors. And I've defeated them. You underestimate us, Johan."

"Do I?" Johan yawned, waving a lazy hand. "I'm bored. Goodbye!" Behind his table, what could only be described as ninjas appeared. Everyone else at every other table besides leonard's stood and aimed guns at Evera, Alice, and Xavier's heads. They were completely surrounded.

(Mila and @writelikeyourerunningoutoftime you are awesome at making the villain super evil, I would gladly punk him in the face if I could)

"You think I did not have the same idea?" Xavier said darkly, "I always have back up." Glancing out the window, he nodded to a sitting dove, it eminently few away over the buildings. "I hope you like what is about to come."

Alice stared the ninjas down. She recognized a few of their faces, but no emotion showed on their faces. Her stare paused on one in particular. Murderer, she thought. She put a hand on Evera's arm. "We'll go with you."

Leonard sat silently as the people around him pointed guns at his teacher, 'has no one noticed me because I'm small? Now that's just mean.'

Slowly walking to one side of the broken table, Xavier tried his best to hide Leonard from this mad mans view without giving his position away. 'Why has he not tried to run yet?!'
