The Andromeda (Pirate RP//closed)

"Lucian!" Daso called, spotting him making his way across the deck. "Hey, how is Morrigan doing?"

Silver walked up. "Hey, guys."

Daso squinted off into the distance. He could see the faintest outlines of a city. "Soon, I think." He turned to Silver. "Hey, Silver."

(I’m alive. But my arms aren’t. Hello.)

Morrigan wished she had a piece of paper so she could start writing for Ace, lucky that she was left handed and had a paralyzed right arm.

Daso leaned over the edge of the boat, still admiring Anjou's skyline. "This city looks high-tech. It's the war city, right?"

"Um…. I was helping Jared not go borderline insane and help with her depression?"

Kameo watched the ocean waters brush against the ship and he thought about leaving the ship when they reached Tarakona. Maybe he could live in the mountains forever and become a hermit. If he was lucky, maybe he'd even become a cautionary tale.
Kameo laughed to himself, "Don't become a pirate or you'll end up like the chameleon, hiding in the mountains alone around a dead ashes and gambling with the seagulls." he reached into his pocket and pulled out his flask, taking a sip of rum and letting it wash away his pain as he drunkenly walked around the ship, murmuring about Chameleons and hermits.

Morrigan succumbed to her biredom, pushing herself out of bed with her good arm and walking out into the hallway, her legs barely supporting her.

(That paragraph I just wrote about Kameo was literally my favorite paragraph I've ever written other than the ones that I've written about Marya and Felix)

"Yeah," Cicada answered Daso's question, "From the outside it gets pretty bad reputation, but parts of the sector are actually pretty nice. Ever been to Anjou before Daso?"

Morrigan wandered down the halls, looking for someone, anyone, to talk to. She kept a hand in the wall to steady herself.

"Yeah," Cicada answered Daso's question, "From the outside it gets pretty bad reputation, but parts of the sector are actually pretty nice. Ever been to Anjou before Daso?"

"Nope. Should be fun." He tilted his head, gazing at the looming mountains that were closer than the city. "But first, Ace's funeral," he said in a muted voice.

Silver was being ignored. "So….. are we there yet?"

Morrigan wandered out into the deck.

"Yeah that," Cicada looked down at the water.

Morrigan shivered, studying the rough shoreline of Anjou. The hairs in the back of her neck prickled and her heart clenched in fear. She was home.

Joanna walked up to the rail, taking in the view of Anjou.

Morrigan gripped the rail harder with her good hand, searching for the familiar face she hoped she wouldn’t find.

Joanna spotted Morrigan at the rail, looking tense. She walked over. "You okay Morrigan?"
