The protective suit and the gas mask felt so heavy on Kameo's body as he walked into Divo.

(Sweet, enter Cicada.)
Cicada noticed a small rowboat enter through the South Gate. On it was a man wearing a protective suit and a gas mask. Cicada assumed he should at least have some money, if not she could swipe something else that would better protect her from The Reaper. Her cloth wasn't going to do much if she ever bothered to jump down to the streets. She waited for her time to strike.

( So pretty much what's happening is that the Kingdom Of Dalia -the kingdom we're in- has started war against the Kingdom of Civia. They believe that Civia has brought the plague after being partner for years. )

Morrigan laced the deck of the ship anxiously, waiting for Kameo’s return.
