"S***." He cursed, grabbing his own blade but not stepping any closer to the new girl. Was this whole ship full of pirate girls?
Morrigan stalked closer, pulling out her rapier and pointing it to his chest. “Identify yourself.”, she said coldly.

"I'd rather not." Ryan responded, not even flinching. His left hand stayed tightened around his knife, but he didn't strike yet.

With a flick of her wrist, Morrigan hooked the end of her rapier to his shirt collar and pulled him closer, noting the knife. “Are you sure about that?”

Ryan held his left hand up in the air. "Fine, I won't use it. I'm still not telling you my name." He reached in his right pocket and pulled out the picture of his brother. "However, I will state my business. I'm looking for my brother Cade. Have you seen him?"
"How far are we. . . I think I can try to walk." Leah spoke up after trying to tie a piece of cloth around her side.
Joanna glanced up."I don't think we're much farther."
"Don't even think about it," Daso shot back, pulling her closer to him. "I've got ya, cap, as long as Joanna and Cicada are covering us."

Morrigan squinted at the picture, not lowering her rapier for a second. Her heart skipped a beat. It was him. “Come to think of it, yes. Now drop your knife.”

Leah nodded slowly and closed her eyes, focusing on steadying her breathing. Right now, it was coming out as short gasps.

Ryan's face lit up, his deep brown eyes suddenly less intense than normal. He willingly dropped his knife on the floor. "Where is he? Is he here?"
“No he is not here. What is your name?” She made sure not to betray her emotions outwardly.
"There it is." Joanna said, dodging a well aimed stab.

"My name is nobody." He responded, using a line from his favorite Greek myth. "Where is he, then?"
"Right," Daso said, his eyes on the ship. Holding Leah tightly, he made a dash for the ship. Something tore into his leg suddenly. A bullet. Damn it. "One sec," he apologized, whirling around and firing his pistol at the Inquisitor. Limping but still moving, he made his way to the ship.
“I am not telling you until you identify yourself. I’ll know if you’re lying.”, she said sharply.
