The Flock: A Maximum Ride Roleplay (Closed, 7/7)

A group of bird kids. 98 percent human and 2 percent bird. Created in a lab. They look like humans, minus the wings on their backs. They've got a different body structure, they have better stamina, speed and strength than a full grown human man. They usually have certain powers as well.

They were trapped in this freaky lab they were created in which they call The School. They spent most of their lives in dog cages The scientists also known as whitecoats relentlessly experimented and tested on them for years. But just recently, they've escaped and have been living on the streets for the past few months. But the School is looking for them, by means of vicious human-wolf hybrids known to the bird kids as Erasers. The School uses them as guards. Oh, and if they are allowed, they won't hesitate to rip the kids to shreds.

You can join even if you haven't read the books. Just make sure you've read the explanation I've just given. I'm only about halfway through The Angel Experiment but I couldn't wait to make this roleplay. Yes, it's a little different from the book because I changed it a bit. Romance is allowed but no smut. Cursing is allowed. Violence and blood is allowed but no gore. Somewhere in your form hide the word "Nudge".

Wing description: Around 16 feet in full length, and in the shape of a vulture's. They are the color of dust, which gives them the appearance of being perennially dirty.
Appearance: He has medium length light brown hair that he slicks back every morning with gel, but it will often begin to come undone by the end of the day and falls over his face. His skin is naturally tan, even during the winter. His jawline is almost always dusted with a thin covering of hair, despite the fact he shaves every morning. He is around 6'0", but most likely on the shorter side
Personality: He is a reserved, intelligent young man that has a tenancy to take things much more seriously than he should. Every move he makes is a carefully calculated decision. He's more of a follower than a natural leader.

Wing description: Dark gray, not quite but almost black.
Appearance: Short and scrawny with short blonde hair cut like a boy's (ref:https://pin.it/t5za3bmjfny6fz) with icy blue eyes and freckles.
Personality: When you don't know her, she's very quiet and won't speak unless spoken to. But when she's around the Flock, she's loud, emotional, witty, funny, and can be a bit rude at times. When she needs to get away she'll hide in her room and draw for hours. She will often get teased for her height, and she pretends to hate it but secretly she kind of likes the attention. She is Pansexual but leans more towards males.
Other: Her favorite food is anything sweet.

Power(s)?: He’s an empath, but his powers are stronger with animals than humans and he gets overwhelmed easily
Likes: the rain, spring, starting new, flowers, reading, music
Dislikes: rude people, small spaces (has some claustrophobia), loud noises
Wing description: Wings of a blue jay, with dark black, soft ivory, and brilliant blue that matches his eyes.
Appearance: Most things about Fox are very pale, as if someone took a picture of him and sucked out most of his coloring, except for his intelligent blue eyes. His hair is pale blonde, the color of stardust, and his skin is pale as well. He has a faint smattering freckles across his nose and cheeks. He is 5’ 9” and willowy. He has long arms and legs and a slight build.
Personality: Fox can come off as shy or quiet when you first meet him, but is quite talkative and inquisitive to his family, like Nudge (hahah see how I worked that in?). He is curious and intelligent and generally even-tempered. Fox loves animals and studying them. He is a bit of scientist, though he would hate to be called that because of their experiences in the School. He hates being in the spotlight but is extremely helpful and considerate.
