"Yep, I'm deaf and I didn't hear a word." He said with a slight laugh.

Dylan got on her tiptoes to see eye to eye with Leon. "I have no answer for that." She said, crossing her arms, smiled playing across her lips as she tried not to laugh. Emilia and Antony started laughing at the exchange.

"Neither do I." He said as he crossed his arms with a grin on his face. His purple eyes were deep and bright at the same time.

Dylan rolled her eyes and started walking again.

Leon started following her.

Dylan and Leon had both been given nice rooms that had doors that led into a nice flower garden-type balcony. Dylan was at the edge of the balcony, leaning on the railing, looking down at the people below

Leon followed Dylan and saw behind her, leaning against a wall with his arms crossed.

Dylan sighed.

Leon started playing with the hem of his shirt.

"So……."

"Sooo…how's life?" He asked awkwardly, not sure what to say.

Dylan snickered. "I'm pretty sure that you know the answer to that."

"I know, I just don't want this to be awkward."

"And asking that makes things less awkward?" Dylan asked, laughing softly.

"That's the question I normally ask people so it doesn't become awkward!" Leon replied.

"That works, when you haven't been practically stuck to the person for the last few weeks." Dylan countered, looking over at him.

"I know."

Dylan rolled her eyes. "This is exactly what I mean by you being obnoxious sometimes…." She teased.

"Excuse me? I'm not obnoxious."

"Hmm? Prove it." Dylan continued to tease.

"How do you want me to prove it?"

Dylan shrugged. "That's for you to find out." She answered mysteriously, before pushing herself off the balcony railing and going into her room to get ready for supper.

"Very helpful." He said sarcastically and followed her.

Dylan smirked. "You're smart. You should figure it out for yourself." She replied, turning back to face him.

"Who said that I was smart? I'm not smart."

Dylan snickered. "Fine. Whatever you say."

"Oookay." Dylan answered. She stepped closer to Leon, then remembered that it was time for supper. "We should go." She said.
