"Ah, I zee."
He waited patiently for the tavern owner to step back, most likely getting his tea, when a certain scent caught his attention. The male's eyes narrowed, the once round pupils becoming thin slits. That energy, that was one that he didn't notice too often. Chaos; Chaos wyverns and dragons were not beings to be taken lightly back in his world. In truth, mostly all chaos dragons and wyverns were put down, with the exception of 2, both elders and had gained control of their abilities. Then the third…one did not speak of that particular one, as it nearly brought the end of their world till it was finally sealed. But who knew how long that seal would last…
The male shook his head slightly at the thought. No, he wouldn't let such dark thoughts cloud his mind. No, right now there was more important things, beings that needed to be questioned, investigate them all. Of course, he'd do it in the politest manner as possible so not to seem rude.
His gaze shifted upwards as the owner returned with his tea, "Zank you much zir."
The male shifted a bit, reaching a hand towards his chest, pulling out what appeared to be a book from the vest he wore. A quill soon followed, the man instantly jotting a few things down. His gaze lifted upwards as the scent once again drew his attention, bringing his attention to a certain individual in the confines of the room. His forked tongue flicked out again, testing the air. Well, it wouldn't hurt to start with that one.
He suddenly stood, book and quill in hand, making his way to the one that carried that chaotic scent. He was polite, sitting at a table just nearby, letting the silence settle between them. The male allowed his eyes to look the other up and down, unsure of what to think right at the moment. Perhaps that chaotic energy wasn't a dragon or wyvern, but some other chaotic entity. Well, only one way to find out…
"Excuse me zir, but I couldn't help but notice zat you were looking my way."
He left out the fact that it was rather the scent that drew him in, the scent and his damn curious nature…
The Purple Cauldron Tavern(Reboot)
"May I have just a Shirley temple? I'm not a big liquor drinker. Sorry." The figure closed their eyes for a moment and took a deep breath, inhaling the smell of the tavern. It smelled like good fun to them. "I'm Roseari, it's wonderfull to meet you."
“Nice to meet you too.” He mixed their drink. “Where are you from? You look fairly human but that’s not often the case.”

The young draconian-phantom hybrid eyed the approacher a bit as his pupils shrunk to a sharp, cruel pair.
”From what alliance are you from…? It’d better not be the Harmony section…” the man stated, his human-like fingers turned to metallic claws, giving a first warning that he wanted to hear a set of specific answers. He knew he was inferior to only some of other draconian figurines but as he’s not a pure hybrid, his name’s not well known by the realm.
The male seemingly became on full alert. The thin slits of his pupils were nearly lost in the vast light blue of his eyes. For just a moment, his skin seemingly rippled, becoming scales, but then disappearing. His tail lashed to the side, the tip twitching slightly. He felt threatened, possible danger. A low rumble seemingly came from deep in his chest. The white haired male raised an eyebrow at the other's sudden question. He had no clue what the other was speaking of, or what they meant about 'Harmony Section'.
However, despite the other's sudden hostile actions, the male somehow continued to hold a calm air. Albeit it was also alert, ready to move and shift should a threat present itself. Something he was hoping wouldn't happen. He'd most likely end up breaking the place, all by complete accident, his true size being much larger than this place could hold, less there was something about it he was missing, which could be true, he didn't know.
Instead, the man leaned back in his chair, crossing his legs again. He slowly took a sip of his tea, before slowly responding, "Once again, I am afraid I do not understand vhat you speak of."
He shook his head, "Ze only alliance zat I am aware of is of ze Dragon Kingdom with…let's zee here…zere is ze Harpy Kingdom…Dornwich, home of ze Guasnan…Nabol, capitol of ze Dragonians…zen of course ze Zity of Imperos, as is ze zacred duty of all dragons and vyverns to come to zis zacred zity should it need aid."

"Well, I'm not sure how to pronounce it in common, but it's somewhere side of upside down, ish." They took their drink with another warm smile, sliding over two coins to pay for it.

The draconian’s eyes, upon hearing this information, went back to normal as well as his hands.
”Good to hear that you’re not against me” the draconian said, drinking the absurdly mixed drink in his hand.
”What’s your name? Perhaps we could exchange some stories” the man asked, crossing his legs as well.
"Vhat? I zee no reason to make enemies as zoon as I enter an establishment. Zis is not my territory, zo I shall abide by whomever zis territory belongs to."
His tail also seemed to relax, if only slightly. The pupils rounded slightly, but remained slightly narrow, still remaining alert. Yet it was true, he'd much prefer avoiding any violence, and would more than willingly oblige to leaving should the owner ask it of him. Oh, the male could defend himself, should the situation call for it, but he'd rather keep to a peaceful approach than just downright violence. Though, there were others back in his world who probably would've challenged this individual, most definitely seeing him as a young, inferior human. Yes, dragons and humans back in his world were not on the best of terms, more like both sides would love nothing more than to be rid of the other.
The male paused, taking a sip of his own drink. His forked tongue flicked out for just a moment, running across his lips. He observed as the other began to relax as well. Good, as it was always better to have a conversation when both parties were calm and more willing to speak to one another.
He offered the other his gentle, yet curious smile, "Back home, I am called Jakubiak. A Vindcaller Vyvern. And vhat of your own name?"
Barkeep looked over Roseari’s shoulder, sensing the tense atmosphere. “As a reminder, if you start fighting you’ll get thrown in the basement before you can throw a punch. My bouncer doesn’t appreciate horseplay,” He projected.
"Oh dear, I really don't like fighting. I took a vacation to get away from fighting you know, or maybe you don't. Sorry, I live with mind readers."
“I don’t mind fighting I just don’t like stupid people.”
"Well, most people are stupid until taught otherwise." Roseari offered with a small smile, shrugging. "But if you don't want people to be stupid, you have to teach them yourself."
“Well, in my experience, throwing them in the basement usually does the trick.” He sipped his drink.

”Ichika Kyoshun, former Knight of the infamous Soul Labyrinth, a Draconian-Phantom hybrid, a Chaos aura magic user, currently working as a multiverse bounty hunter under the name of—“ the man took a sip of his drink before ending with the word ”—‘Sapphire’”.
Should this name be quite famous and equally infamous in other realms; this was a member of the group of bounty hunters who named themselves Jewelry.
Sapphire was one of its five members and the one with the most success rate when it comes to bounties, gathering up to a percentage of 98.4 out of a hundred with over five thousand missions completed.
“Well, in my experience, throwing them in the basement usually does the trick.” He sipped his drink.
Roseari laughed, it was a quiet laugh, one that seemed almost fit to be heard from a wood sprite, not a burnt traveler. "I suppose that would work too."

”Well, these two have known each other for… a decade and something now, so that’s great” Ichika said to the Barkeep, pointing at Matthew and Hinata respectively.
”We all work within the landscapes of the Multiverse so we should know each other at least by duty name” the draconic Phantom explained.Matthew nodded with a small laugh.
”Michi’s still Michi” the man giggled as he said something about the Balance Keeper’s sister.
"Mhm. She'd kill me if she found me here." Hinata let out a soft laugh, crossing her ankles. She glanced over when she felt Ichika let off a little of his aura, raising an eyebrow but saying nothing. As long as he didn't pick a fight, she wouldn't say a word about it.

"Kye Gathrodir," he nodded his head to the demon figure. "Some refer to me as the caveman, others call me the peacekeeper. However to correct that I am a peace negotiator not a peacekeeper. You may call me what you like. May I ask your name?"
The demon hummed at this before looking back to his drink. He swirled the liquid in the cup a moment before turning back to Kye.
"Axtin Paine, not known for anything good really; murders, faked suicides, you name it. You're better off than me it seems," he replied, taking a sip of his drink. Axtin considered saying more, but wasn't going to spill all of his secrets
Almost instantly, Jakubiak began to jot things down. Call it a habit, that hunger for knowledge and keeping it close. Oh, he could remember things, but sometimes it was better to have it written down, just incase. One could never to too careful with such useful information. The male paused for a moment as the owner suddenly addressed them. Must have picked up on the sudden tense interaction.
He paused in his writing, glancing over, and giving a small wave to them, "I believe we are good now Zir. Just a minor misunderstanding. Zo no need to fret, I would much prefer avoiding violence. No good comes from zuch things."
Jakubiak then looked back to the one who called himself…'Ichika Kyoshun'. An interesting name, it reminded him of an area back in his world, located in the Eastern parts. The dragons from that region were quite different from the ones in the original territory of the Dragons. Having long, serpentine bodies, only four legs and no legs. Yet somehow they managed to fly. He remembered questioning them about that. Something to do with a magic 'pearl' or something in that manner. He'd have to look through his notes again when he returned to the three-headed elder.
Then several other words peaked his interest even more; Soul Labyrinth, Draconian Phantom hybrid, chaos aura magic user. Every single one he was incredibly curious about. Even if he had been trying to hide his curiosity, it shown through his eyes. There was no hostility within the gaze, but a hunger, a hunger to know. Some thought Jakubiak was too curious for his own damn good, which was probably true to some extent. Each word said he was comparing to possibly similarities back in his world.
'Soul Labyrinth', possibility a place within the realm of the dead? An area maybe the dead had to traverse in order to be brought before Silencio…but that made no sense, as usually it was the duty of the God's loyal servant and the loyal reaper dragons to guide the souls to the God to be judged. Or perhaps it had something to do with the hells, he was at a loss at the moment. Quite a few possibilities, though his thought remained it had something to do with the afterlife.
Now, a Draconian Phantom hybrid, perhaps did he mean a Dragonian, or a Dragonkin? As Dragonians were humanoid dragons, often bipedal with no ability to take to a larger dragon form. Though, despite their slightly humanoid appearances, they were no push over, like both dragon and human. Then perhaps a Dragonkin, offspring of a dragon and human? Maybe, but then where did the 'phantom' bit come in? Maybe the magic of the human if he is a Dragonkin? Once again, something that would need to be questioned, politely of course.
Though that 'chaos' part, made Jakubiak slightly uncomfortable. Even for knowledge, beasts and creatures back in his world knew the price of Chaos, what such a thing could do, nearly devastating entire world. The wyvern hadn't been around when that great war happened between the Chaos Dragon's legions and the Gods, Goddesses legions. He had only ever heard stories, each speaking in hushed tones of that certain dragon. Not many names instilled fear in a dragon, but there was at least 3 that came to mind that one did not dare utter.
"Vell, tis a pleasure to meet you Zir Ichika. If it is not out of my place, may I ask vhat zis 'Zoul Labyrinth' is? Cannot zay I have heard of zuch a thing back home."
He would start with the first thing Ichika said when the words came to Jakubiak. Start there, then slowly move up the ladder to learn what he could. Oh, he would oblige and answer whatever the other asked, if they did, to the best of his knowledge. He wouldn't cheat the other in such a way. One hardly learned anything if they didn't question it.

”Well… how do I explain this… it’s a system of places where souls from several other realms gather to wait for their judgements. These realms, though, are ones which have signed a contract with the Labyrinth to the agreement that the Labyrinth will provide souls from other realms which will benefit each realm depending on what kinds of souls that realm needs while the several realms will give in some amount of souls per month—“ he paused there a bit, pursing his lips before continuing ”—the reason you might have not heard of it might mean that perhaps your world has a Heaven and Hell system of its own or your world hasn’t signed the contract” the man claimed.
As truthful as he seemed, there was a lie put in there… a very subtle one but a significant one.
”A Knight who works in the Labyrinth—“ Ichika started again ”—must protect the Labyrinth and its wellbeing at all costs. Being the medium between the land of the living and the dead, we get a lot, and I mean, a lot of hate”
The demon hummed at this before looking back to his drink. He swirled the liquid in the cup a moment before turning back to Kye.

"I would not completely bet on that," Kye gave a short laugh. "Not many people like me, and many more would like me dead. It really does not seem to change no matter where I go. I have some hope for this place though. You all seem like decent people who understand what it is like to have problems."

Axtin shook his head with a chuckle. "You're tellin' me kid. I've been summoned to do all sorts of shit, and a lot of humans are set on having me arrested or killed," he said with a grin. "There's this one officer though, kinda hot too. Shame he's a mortal and is one of the ones preferring a bullet in my skull," the demon added with a shrug.
Kye smiled and kind of shook his head. He wasn't a romantic type, and quite frankly he didn't care. He didn't judge other people on it, and he wasn't going to start now. "You asked about my aura earlier. I think you may have sensed my abidance demon," he suddenly explained.
WHY WOULD YOU BRING ME INTO THIS!!!!????!?!??!?!?
Because he asked, and I am being polite and answering.
I didn't want to be part of this!!!!
To bad. You are a part of it. You can either stay were you are and let me do the talking or you can pop out to say hello to everyone.
I'm staying right here, because it's safer here.
That is your choice.
"An abidance demon?" Barkeep interrupted. "I've heard of them but never actually met someone plagued by one. I'm quite fond of demons but I understand that they aren't the most pleasant company."
group
Matthew turned slightly at the words of ‘abidance demon’. He didn’t want to admit it but those words seemed a bit absurd for him. Yes, he may have one soul-feasting cat, four heavenly fox warriors, and a parrot that can transform into vehicles of all types, but an ‘abidance demon’? He’d never heard such a thing…
Still though, he wasn’t going to question anyone about anything. He turned back to face Hinata and while Ichika was going to obviously be talking with the other more pure draconian for a while, he was going to tell the Balance Keeper more about the Multiverse Jailbreak event.
”So… as you may know from the news going around, a total of fourteen prisoners escaped during the full moon. It seemed unplanned though as all of them took very different routes… which kinda begs the question as to… why?”
Through the door came a young woman, unbothered by those that turned to see her. She pulled off her hood and her brown hair spilled around casually around her shoulders and back. A glint was in her eye. “Salvíret,” she said, “I wish for spiced wine.”
"Plagued?" Kye looked at the Barkeeper in a kind of confused way. "I think you may have abidance demon mixed up with a different type of demon. You see, it was my choice to have him reside within me."
Why would they think you are plaguing me?
Aside from the fact that I'm practically always telling not to do stupid things, it probably has to do with the fact that I am a demon. On most planets, apart from ours, abidance demons are more like possessers. They will take a host without consent, and they have the ability to take over their host's body. Very unpleasant to deal with, and quite annoying to be associated with.
Ooooh, I guess that makes a little more sense.

(Wait, that's what the parrot can do?)
(AWESOME)
Hinata looked back to Matthew, lips pursing slightly as he spoke.
"Does it really seem unplanned? Going different routes would be much smarter than trying to get fourteen people down the same and expecting not to get caught."
The woman strode to the counter. “I would like it warmed, if you can. I haven’t had such a delicacy in years.”

"I can't say I would've made the same decision. My subconscious is invasive enough on its own." Although he strongly doubted any demon could inhabit him without immediately being sent back to hell. All of his demon friends either dealt in soul judgement or demon deals and they wouldn't possess a person if they could help it for dignity's sake.
The woman strode to the counter. “I would like it warmed, if you can. I haven’t had such a delicacy in years.”
"Warmed, spiced wine coming right up." He stumbled around behind the bar. "Where are you coming from?"
