"Hm…interesting indeed…"
The way the other explained how he originally appeared, perhaps deformities? Jakubiak wouldn't be rude and question it outloud. No, he would simply let his mind ponder the possibilities for the time being. These 'Draconians', as Ichika called them, sounded somewhat like the Dragonkin back in his world.
"Zounds quite zimiliar to vhat are known as ze Dragonkin back vhere I am from. Zo ze Dragonkin are offspring of one parent being a dragon, ze other usually human."
Jakubiak slowly closed his eyes, seemingly releasing a sigh, "Zo, humans and dragons are not on very good terms vith one another."
He let the silence sink in for several moments, then opened his eyes again. There was a distant look in his gaze, not the once curious shine of earlier, "Zere are zill ze few who zeek peace, but ze Dragon King's hatred and bitterness to hold onto ze past has fueled many of a dragons and wyverns heart to fight. All over ze death of ze Queen."
The male gave a disheartened chuckle, "Don't get me wrong, ze Dragon Queen vas loved by many. Zen the fact she vas one of ze last of ze Gold Dragons. Funny how 'trust' can be manipulated, zen shaped for another's benefit."
"Excuse me, I did not mean to ramble on about ze problems of my own vorld. Zere is still one Golden Dragon left, ze deceased Queen's daughter, whom has been zeeking to unite humans and dragons once again. I can only keep hoping zat one day, she succeeds. Zis bloodshed can only last for zo long, before one zide finally gives out."
He had indeed stopped himself before explaining the entire situation of what had exactly had happened back then. He had been around at the time, though not in the area. Jakubiak had only heard of it, as word had quickly spread across their world of the Dragon Queen's death. The death of such a gentle soul, one who's heart had been just as gold as her scales.
