The Wish Granter (Fantasy RP) OPEN FOR A SHORT TIME
Altheia watched the exchange from her place beside the window.
"You don't have to be. I'm more than capable of taking care of myself, assnut." Marya took his hand.
Cal leaned against her and closed his eyes, yawning a little. He realized that he needed to check on the rest of the fairytale characters and get started on attacking the king. "I know that. . . I'm just a little worried, that's all." He murmured in response.
"Okay." she pressed a kiss to his forehead and looked into his beautiful blue eyes. "Your eyes remind me of the blue broken glass my mother would find on beaches and hang on our windowsill, so the sunlight would reflect off of it." Marya never talked about her mother.
Altheia raised her head at the boy and let a wisp of magic loose. it went to the boy and entered his wound.
"Okay." she pressed a kiss to his forehead and looked into his beautiful blue eyes. "Your eyes remind me of the blue broken glass my mother would find on beaches and hang on our windowsill, so the sunlight would reflect off of it." Marya never talked about her mother.
"What was she like? Your mother, I mean." Cal asked, looking up at Marya and studying her brown eyes again. Many people he had met always thought that brown was ordinary. But, not to him. They were beautiful. Brown was capable of holding the magnitude of a black hole, but they could be as soft as freshly turned soil, the color of the world after it rained.
//Mind if I join
"She was like a wisp. Tethered to ground and floating around, doing amble things to take p the hole she had inside. She felt like she was supposed to be part of a bigger thing. One day, the chains that held her back were unlocked, metaphorical chains, I mean, and she left at midnight, all the things in her room gone, but every chore in the house done and a note taped to almost every surface." Marya took a shuddering breath. "I'm sorry, the note said. I'm sorry."
( yeah, you can join)
"She sounds amazing. I wish I could've met her," Cal said softly, pulling Marya into a gentle embrace. He wished that he could've had parents like that. Someone who was always there for him. But now he had Marya, Nimue, Marcus and all the members of the rebellion.
"More flawed than amazing." she sighed, leaning into his hug. "You're less flawed than her, and you have a lot of flaws. On the inside, of course. But lovable flaws, really. Ones that make me want to kiss you because you're such an idiot."
"Then I guess I'll try to be an idiot more often," Cal answered, smiling as he leaned against her, feeling as if something in his chest was healing. "I don't remember my mother. . . my dad never spoke about her."
"I wish I didn't remember my mother. She broke my heart."
"I'm here for you if you need to talk about it." Cal murmured, pressing a kiss to Marya's cheek.
"I know." she touched his lips, pressing two fingers against them. "Your lips are soft."
"They are?" Cal asked, looking down at Marya with a questioning gaze. They had always felt so rough to him.
"Pressed against my skin, at least."
Cal smiled softly and pressed a gentle kiss to her lips, his arms wrapping around her waist. Only now did he realize how much he loved her. If Marya left, he wouldn't know what to do.
She pulled away after 30 seconds, "You need to stop kissing me randomly. Your kisses make me feel really frazzled and my heart jumps and I feel like I'm on drugs or something, so you need to start warning me. I need to prepare myself."
"Okay then," Cal answered, chuckling lightly. "I'm going to kiss you now. Are you ready?" He asked teasingly, a grin tugging the corners of his lips up.
"One kiss per day, boy. Not including death situations or battles/fights." she put a finger to his lips. "Also, not ready. Will never be ready."
Cal laughed and smiled against her finger, nodding in agreement. "One per day. Sounds like a deal."
"The deal starts tomorrow." she said, before kissing him on the lips and wrapping her arms around his shoulders.
Cal pulled Marya closer, turning her around as pressing her against the wall gently. His lips parted slightly as he closed his eyes, kissing her harder.
She broke the kiss, hovering her lips a few inches away from his. "Cal, son of Eros, assnut of my dreams, we really have to stop kissing in public."
Ailith looked over at the two. She said sarcastically, "Yeah you do."
( oof, didn't realize that they're in public. lmao xD )
"Yeah, we probably do," Cal smirked, looking over at Ailith. "How are you feeling?"
"Fine I suppose," Ailith sighed.
"I'm going to stay here to watch over you, make sure you're okay." she stood up straight and saluted to Ailith.
