“ there's nothing left to say now.”

Corbin came over and settled himself on top of Cyrus, huddling close to him with a quiet sniffle. He was trembling slightly and seemed exhausted and upset. He kept quiet, though, just clinging to Cyrus as though his life depended on it.

Cyrus wrapped his wings around corbin, he yawned deeply. The boy was exhausted, so he'd just stay tangled up with corbin and catch some sleep.

"I'm s-sorry…" Corbin whispered softly, covering himself with his wings. He hid his face, hiccuping. "I c-can't do anything right… I… I need you… y-you have to keep helping me with stupid stuff…"

“ cori you didn't do anything wrong, I'm perfectly fine with helping you. I hate feeling helpless when is comes to you.” he said and held corbin close.

"C-Can't even eat soup by myself… or— o-or shower…" Corbin gripped Cyrus tighter, his breathing hitching. "I'm thankful for your help, r-really, I just… I-I feel s-so useless…"

“you're not useless. Had you not been in my life I would be in a lot worse shape, and I would have never gone for that contest with my violin. “ he mentioned softly

Corbin shook his head weakly, burying his face in Cyrus' shoulder. "I f-feel useless…" He whispered. "Right now. B-Because I can't… I c-can't do anything… what would I do if you weren't here? Starve, I guess? C-Concuss myself in the shower?"

He shrugs “ your dads would probably be here right about now.” he said softly

Corbin whined softly, his voice muffled. "B-But I don't wanna bother them… I don't wanna bother you either…"

“you're not bothering me. Believe it or not I think you're helping my separation issues..”

"Mmmnhh…" Corbin moved closer, sniffling again. "Whatever you say… I-I just… need to stop being sick… I gotta go to work s-so I can afford my rent…"

“ cori, I've got it. Don't worry about it. Just focus on getting better.” he said softly and ran his fingers through corbins hair.

Corbin whimpered softly, his grip on Cyrus loosening a bit. He leaned into Cyrus' touch, clearly tired. "Everything hurts, Cy…" He whispered.

“ I'm sorry..” he whispered back, kissing corbins forehead.

"Do I have any pain meds in the cupboard…?" He asked weakly, closing his eyes and yawning with a small wince.

Cyrus nodded “ ill get them,”

"Okay… I don't wanna move, though…" Corbin mumbled softly in reply.

“ I didn't plan on moving you..” he said and lifted corbin up softly, keeping the crow in his arms to go get the medicine.

"Mm…" Corbin rested his head on Cyrus' shoulder, pretty limp and weak in his arms. He closed his eyes, trying to relax.

Cyrus got the meds and went to the kitchen to refill his cup, going back to the bedroom and setting corbin and himself down.” here love,”

"Mm… thanks…" Corbin mumbled, accepting the water and pills and swallowing them with a little difficulty. He then returned the water and got himself comfortable again.

Cyrus snuggled up to corbin, wrapping his wings around the other.

Corbin was awake until the meds started to kick in. He slowly relaxed as they eased his pain, and he then fell back asleep.

Cyrus watched as he fell asleep, he himself falling under to sleep. His body went limp as he drifted off.

Corbin was asleep for a good long while. He needed the rest, though, so it wasn't too big a deal. He nestled into Cyrus' warmth in his sleep to get more comfortable.

Cyrus kept his arms around corbin even when he slept, keeping the other close like a life-sized teddy bear helped with his sleeping problems.

Corbin eventually stirred again and his face paled. He covered his mouth with one hand and struggled to free himself from Cyrus' grasp, whining anxiously.

Cyrus woke a little, realizing what was going on he lifted his arm for corbin

Corbin rolled out of bed and just barely managed to reach the bathroom before he threw up in the sink. He slid to his knees, shaking violently as he rested his head against the cold porcelain of the sink.

Cyrus got up, going to comfort corbin “ sorry cori, I didn't think id hold you that tight. “ he mumbled and rubbed his back.
