She pulled her face away from Baal with an irritated growl.

Baal whimpered sadly at her before plopping his head on the couch dejectedly

Ruby gruffed and turned her head back onto her paws.

Baal whimpered sadly, his eyes and wings drooping dejectedly

Ruby gruffed again, stirring against Baal.

Baal whimpered sadly. Slowly, he seemed to melt until he turned into a sad-looking, starry puddle on the floor

Ruby watched it, hung off of the couch and sniffed the puddle curiously, with a bork.

The puddle materialized into Baal again, who looked pretty sad from the way he was lying awkwardly on the floor

Ruby lifted him up by a paw and set him down on the couch.

Baal made a sort of sad yap as he didn’t bother moving

Ruby set her head on his tummy with a sigh.

Baal whined softly as he slumped

Ruby gruffed gently and licked Baal's face.

Baal whined again, tittering softly as he tried to snuggle closer

Ruby gruffed and set her head down on him again.

Baal yapped softly. Slowly, his tongue extended before flicking her cheek

Ruby turned her head to look at him and she licked his face again.

Baal tittered a bit happily before licking her face in return

Ruby borked and not wanting to be overthrown, licked Baal's face back.

Baal yapped as if he were laughing softly before licking her face again

Ruby tossed her head back briefly, then licked his face.
