Jonathan kept the camera screen up, but otherwise busied himself with various tasks such as strengthening his system defenses and playing chess.
Kera whined in her sleep, her hands clenching and unclenching. She was clearly alarmed and having a nightmare.

Jonathan turned, watching. He grimaced, torn between simply turning the camera off or calling Boris. After a moment, he remembered that the doors were locked. He sighed and messaged Kera.
‘Wake up there. If your nightmares are that bad, go see Boris. He helped me during a rough moment several years ago.’
Jonathan waited, watching. Though he didn’t like the bitch, he didn’t have the heart to let anyone suffer with nightmares.
Kera jerked wake at the ping from her tablet, breathing heavily as her fingers went to the gunshot scar. She was shaking pretty bad.

Jonathan sighed, figuring that’s what her nightmare was about. He decided to message her again, in case she wasn’t yet aware that it was her pad that had woken her.
‘Come on. Back to the waking world with ya.’
Kera read the message, looking to the small camra And smiled softly

Jonathan smiled a bit when he saw her look. He still didn’t trust Kera whatsoever, but maybe this would help ease the whole situation, or, at the very least, get her off of the idea of fucking with him.
Keira sat and played on her tablet for a bit, yawning every now and then ‘hey Jonny boy, got Skyrim?’ She texted

Jonathan looked at the text and hummed. He shrugged, curious where this would go.
‘No, but I used to.’
‘ wanna re download, ‘ she texted and sent him the party invite

Jonathan hummed again.
‘Sure. I don’t know how often I’ll be on, considering the fact that I’m random as fuck, but fuck it’
He then cautiously tapped on the invite, watching everything to be sure it wasn’t a trap.
surprisingly it wasnt, it sent jonathan to a link to join her party. though she was in heavy battle

Jonathan made a character and joined in, keeping to the edges of the fight since he had a new character. Though, he looted anything he could.

Jonathan used it, then joined in the fight, attacking the enemies with the lowest health first before moving on to the tougher enemies.

Jonathan noted the text, wondering if she was thanking him for the game or waking her up. But, he decided to keep things simple.
‘Yup.’
He returned to the game, pondering why Kera was calling him Jonny Boy instead of Beta-Man. He wasn’t sure how to feel about it.
Kera ended up dying “ FUCK!” She yelled from her bedroom

“Unsurprising reaction from ya,”Jonathan snorted.
He continued fighting, using strategy over brute strength.
Kera was able to get back in last minute, protecting Jonathan from his sides.

Jonathan noted her return and appreciated the help. He chuckled when the fight was over.
‘ that took for fucking ever’ she pouted over text and stayed to collect her shit shed earned and left the better stuff for Jonathan.

Jonathan looted what Kera didn’t take, noticing what she had done. He shrugged. He wouldn’t have much cared if she had left him the basic stuff.
Kera signed off, going back out to get more tea and some headache medicine

Jonathan logged off as well, watching Kera for a moment. He then grabbed his nearby coffee and glanced at Edgar. The bird was still happily asleep. Jonathan smiled.
Kera nocked on Jonathan’s door, “ I need your help.. again..”

Jonathan jumped slightly at the knock, then looked at the door with a raised eyebrow. He stood and opened the door, giving her a curious and confused look.
“What ya need help with?”
“ I can’t change the coffee pot out, I’ll break out in hives.. “ she mumbled half embarrassed. Kera was wayyy more docile when her head was pounding.

Jonathan nodded casually,“Gotcha.”
He headed to the galley and went to the coffeemaker, dumping the pot and filter, then thoroughly cleaning both. He put them in the coffeemaker, then waved for Kera to have at it.
Kera made some tea and gratefully sat down to have something warm to drink.
