He continued looking out the window as they drove, "What happened during the month I was in jail?"

"Nothing." Obviously not true. Leon spotted a few bruises on Jax's jaw.

"You're a terrible liar." He said with a slight laugh, "You literally have bruises on your jaw, stitches on your neck, and scars on your arms, you want me to think that's nothing?"

Jax twitched his nose. "It's nothing to me, therefore it doesn't matter."

"Well, it's not nothing for me so therefore it does matter."
