Personality: Raphael doesn't really talk, though he does try his best to socialise. He's firm, prefers to observe from the sidelines rather than join in with conversations, but when he does talk he has a way with words that people either admire him for or hate him for. He can be kind of mean, though he usually means it in a caring way, and isn't afraid to tell someone if they're annoying him.
Appearance: Raphael is fairly tanned with only a few freckles splashed over his cheeks. He has harsh pink, almond shaped eyes, though since he can be recognised by them he tends to wear coloured contact lenses. He's tall, with a strong athletic build and predominant muscles.
Talents: He always hits where he aims.
Flaws: Doesn't listen to orders, unwilling to do something unless he gets something in return.
Weaponry/powers: His favorite weapon is a personalised sniper, also has sonokinesis.
Background: All he ever reveals about his past is that he is from an aristocratic family, he studied law, psychology and politics (as well as many languages and sciences), and was brought up to be meticulously clean. As far as his parents are aware, he passed away 4 years ago in a fire.

Personality: Tends to show neurotic traits, and can be quite “pessimistic”, though he only means to help. Keona’s brother died after they both ran away when he was 17, giving Keona slight abandonment issues.
Appearance: Standing at 5' 9", this pale-skinned man has a focused feel about him. A particularly notable feature is his facial tick, and he has a distinctive burn mark on his right arm which he is sensitive about. He has an almond face, a pointed nose, and large lips. His dark green eyes are rounded and he has tapered eyebrows. He has medium-length, frizzy, red hair. He wears a subtle foundation, reddish blush, and pastel eyeliner. He has long arms and slender hands, a short torso, a well-defined waist, and spindly legs. He also wears a lot of black clothes.
Talents: Is excellent at hiding and sneaking around places. He is also exceptional at lockpicking. Along with that, he has basic self-defense training.
Flaws: His cardio-respiratory endurance isn’t quite great (i.e. he can’t run for very long without stopping), he tends to talk too much
Weaponry/powers: He has a small push dagger strapped to his leg, along with a few syringes that he totally acquired legally.
Background: His mother and father had tried to shape him into a “model citizen” like his brother was, constantly comparing the two. Keona didn’t want to become who they were trying to make him and his brother, so they both ran away together and applied to a training course for spies. Though Keona completed his training and was offered a job as a spy for [REDACTED], his brother was told that he didn’t have what it took to become a spy and was killed via lethal injection so that he wouldn’t leak any important information. Keona accepted the offer given to him so that they wouldn’t kill him as well, but as soon as he got the chance, he ran away from the training camp and went into hiding.

Snow rests upon the park bench as if it were a feather cushion, soft and warm. It covers the rich, deep wood in perfect white. Children laugh and play, bundled up in warm clothing, as their mothers watch from close by.

There is a woman sitting on this park bench. Despite the cold, she wears no gloves, no coat. One would think from her nondescript attire that she is of no consequence - would it not be for the subtle glint of pearls hidden underneath her plain scarf. She tilts her head back and closes her eyes, appearing to all the world like a lady drifting to sleep.

Footsteps from behind. A slow plodding of winter boots crushing the snow. Then they stop.

"Ah," the woman says. "You are late."

Thomas flushes, his entire face turning an embarrassing shade of pink. He runs a hand through his strawberry blond hair, which only succeeds in making it more of a mess. He smiles sheepishly, though he knows that she can't see it. "Sorry," he says, apologizing as he plays with the hem of his shirt. He has a nervous habit of constantly moving his hands. "I'm trying to get better about that."

He takes in the scene, letting the powdery snow catch on his eyelashes. He is wrapped in a coat, glad for the protection from the cold. He returns his attention to the woman after a brief moment.

The woman tilts her head, then lets out an astonishing smile. It seems to brighten the cloudy day by several degrees with its warmth. "Indeed. New York traffic tends to be… chaotic at times, does it not?"

She lifts a hand from where it rests on her lap, finger ghostly-white and spindly. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Mr…"

“Chatworth,” he responds, smiling back. He shakes her hand, surprisingly forceful for his gangly, thin stature. “Thomas Chatworth. And indeed it does.” He releases her hand, taking a breath of the frosty air. “And you are…?” Since Thomas tended to be a bit forgetful, he hoped that she hadn’t already mentioned her name, or he would feel quite dumb.

"Mrs. James Rhett," she says, pausing for a fraction of a second before saying the name.

She tilts her head, looking at him with a curious expression, despite the fact that he can't see it. "I have had many people come to me, saying, Yes, I am smart, yes, I am curious, yes, I am cunning. Tell me, Mr. Chatworth, do you know why I handpicked you for this position?"

i hate hate HATE when people use any asian faceclaims just because they have an asian OC
like it's a personal thing but i saw someone use a japanese faceclaim for a korean one
i'm just really bothered by the idea that we're all interchangable idk

Thomas shakes his head, thinking. “Because I’m the best?” he asked, feigning more confidence than he had. He couldn’t help but smile a bit as he said it, because it felt weird to say something like that without obviously joking.

Logan had remembered the address he was given and sure he was a little late but at least now he was going into the park. He walked through when he saw two people, probably the people he was meeting? The woman on the bench sure looked shady enough. So he walked over and walked up behind the guy she was talking to. "Hello there, hope I'm not too late." Logan said and put an arm around the guy's shoulders, he should probably learn names while here.

Thomas blushes again, even though the gesture seems to be casual and friendly. His eyes widen as he glances at the quite attractive guy who was standing next to him now. “Hi, who are you?” he asks, glancing back at the woman for a moment before looking back at the guy.

From a long two door sedan, a woman stepped out tentatively.
"Am I in the right place?" she asked cautiously, her eyes wandering through the small group.
She seemed awkward with her speech, as if nervous, despite her formidable bulk and muscle.

Logan grinned at him, "I'm Logan, Thyner, though my last name doesn't matter as much. Who are you mystery man?" he asked and leaned against him more and looked at the woman questioningly because he could tell she was in charge but not why she would choose himself as someone for whatever this was

Thomas blushed deeper, his whole neck and ears also turning pink. “Thomas Chatworth,” he said matter-of-factly. “Nice to meet you!” He hoped that he didn’t look as stupid as he thought he did. And Mrs.Rhett was watching him make a fool of himself. Awesome.
